Lex Hotel NYC Reviews

Clean and tidy. The breakfast was simple, just delicious croissants, cornflakes, cake, and tea, but it was good. I'd like to thank the reception staff; they were very kind.

Don't stay here!  It's a total scam! I was coming to town for a conference.  Someone form the hotel discovered this and reached out to me to book my stay for the meeting.  They were not affiliated with the conference in any way.  It was a total scam.  I'm embarrassed to say that I fell for it and booked through trip.com.  Once the actual conference organizers communicated with me, and we discovered the scam, I reached out to trip.com to cancel. They were helpful and confirmed that it was a scam.  They asked the hotel to cancel without charging me, and the hotel refused!  It's obvious that this scam was conducted by a hotel employee or owner.  Now I'm working with my credit card to stop these fraudulent charges.  Don't book this hotel!  Don't stay at this hotel!  They are scammers.  I recommend trip.com remove them from their website to protect other people from this terrible establishment.

It is a no frills hotel. Clean. Window air conditioner.  Ok for an overnight for the price

Very clean and nice. It is close to MTA.

Convenient location. Breakfast is nice. The room is clean and the price is good for solo traveller.

Breakfast was rather simple but everything worthy for a night in NYC

nice hotel

The price/performance ratio was perfect. The room was very clean and there were no problems. The room was very small but adequate as we were out and about all day anyway. For breakfast there were croissants, muffins and cereal. There was always the option to order water, tea and coffee to your room. We would book it again. The location is also great. It was easy to get to the trains or walk to Broadway.

Small but functional room
