Service: The hotel butler's attentive and meticulous service ensures a worry-free trip. Facilities: The Princess Hotel's rooms are spacious 60-square-meter king-size beds, incredibly comfortable. Amenities: 1) Aranya Jiulong Lake Resort's Jiulong Lake Ecological Park features various natural landscapes including lakes, grasslands, and shallows. A stroll along the lakeside boardwalk on a breezy, sunny day is especially pleasant. 2) I absolutely loved exploring, eating, and taking photos in the European Town.

The location is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the commercial street. They have their own parking spots, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast buffet is delicious.

The hotel is exquisitely luxurious with a European flair, making you feel like you're in a castle. Plus, it's super convenient to access Aranya Town directly from downstairs! What really stood out was Nisa, our butler. Her service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. From pre-check-in travel reminders to patient guidance during check-in and practical tips for our activities, everything was perfectly arranged. Thank you for the room upgrade; it made our entire trip so effortless and comfortable. The only minor drawback is the limited parking space at the hotel. It would be better if guest parking was prioritized, as there are many temporary visitors in the afternoon, which seems a bit unplanned, and the directions aren't very clear. I hope they can improve this. The dining options in the town are diverse and suitable for all ages, with new ones constantly being added. Every corner is picture-perfect. Even though it's pet-friendly, the streets are clean and free of odors, which shows the excellent maintenance work by the park staff! I'll definitely be back; my expectations are already sky-high!

Aranya truly exceeded expectations! And Princess Hotel also truly exceeded expectations! First off, Aranya has indeed improved a lot compared to before, with more businesses moving in. The central area of Aranya (the commercial zone) also has many hotels, including Y Hotel, Yin Hotel, A Hotel, etc. But if you want a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle, good parking, great value for money, and a spacious room (because I was traveling with two kids and my mom), after looking around, I chose Princess Hotel over King Hotel, and it turned out to be a very wise decision! Let's talk about the hotel itself. It's definitely older; the hardware can't compare to the newer hotels. For example, the hairdryer and coffee machine look quite old. However, its prime location makes up for it. It's right in the heart of the central area, yet it has its own park, fountains, and walking paths, making it incredibly comfortable without being disturbed by tourists. 🥰🥰 And then! The moment we opened the door, we were genuinely surprised! The suite is really huge! And there are so many balconies and windows; every room has a balcony, and the living room also has one. There's a dining table, living room, and study, all fully equipped. Each room has a walk-in closet, a separate toilet, and dual sinks. For a big family, everyone was very comfortable. 😏 As for the amenities, even though the hotel is old, it has everything you need. They even specially prepared children's toiletries. The shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion are all from brands also available in the park. The scent of Zen and wood is lovely; I was so impressed that I even went to the store to buy hand cream and body lotion after being 'influenced'! 😂 Most importantly, the service is truly excellent! Our butler, Zoey, was very meticulous and patiently answered all our questions, big and small, giving us many great recommendations. Overall, if you're traveling with kids, I personally highly recommend it!

I've stayed at the Princess Hotel a few times now, and I really love how spacious and clean the rooms are. There's plenty to explore in the surrounding area, and the kids really enjoy the several pools available. The hotel staff are also very friendly and provide great service. I'm very satisfied.

Excellent service! A great place for families with kids. Everything is convenient, from dining to entertainment. The facilities are top-notch, and the environment is beautiful. Lots of handsome guys and beautiful girls taking photos there. The hotel service is fantastic, they even provided a thoughtful bed rail, and when my baby accidentally wet the sheets, they changed them immediately! Truly wonderful, I'll definitely be back soon.

This hotel was honestly a big disappointment. The whole place looks like a *********** with a very outdated design. The first impression upon arrival is terrible the reception area smells strongly of urine. As you walk through the empty corridors to reach your room, there’s a heavy smell of humidity, walls covered in mold, wallpaper peeling off, and dim lights that sometimes don’t even work, creating a very depressing atmosphere. The room itself smelled of mold too. Walls and parts of the carpet were moldy. I had requested a non-smoking room, but it clearly smelled of cigarettes, and there was even an ashtray provided. I asked for a pool view but got a view of a noisy construction site instead, which was working even at night. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the minibar completely empty, and the shower full of limescale so the water sprayed everywhere except on you. There was no body lotion or proper amenities either. Overall, a very bad experience and completely overpriced for the lack of service and poor condition of the facilities. I didn’t even try the breakfast because the dining area looked so depressing. For a hotel in Aranya, I was expecting much, much better.

Siki's service was excellent, and the suite felt amazing! 👍 They helped pre-register our car license plate, making our access to the resort seamless and convenient for getting around. The complimentary photoshoot was incredibly professional and thoughtful; our child quickly got into it, resulting in many great shots. The free gifts were also fantastic! The resort itself is very comfortable, and the excellent car-free zones allowed our child to run around and play freely.

Service: Excellent! They confirmed our needs beforehand, and knowing we had a child, they proactively upgraded us to a suite and even prepared a gift for the little one 🎁. In the evening, they also sent up some Chinese sweet soup.

Every time I visit, I stay at the Princess Hotel. The rooms are spacious and offer excellent value for money! Both the indoor and outdoor pools are nearby, and it's convenient to get to town. The facilities are also becoming more diverse and comprehensive. This time, the hiking trails have reopened, which is fantastic! Highly recommended for families with children and couples alike. Two new hotels have also opened in town, offering even more choices.

Everything was great, except for the limited parking. The hiking activity was fun, and the free snacks and drinks were a nice touch. Highly recommended!

Ever since Aranya took over, the service has really improved across the board. Our room got automatically upgraded, and the fruit and mini-bar service were excellent. We went hiking in the morning and they even allowed us a late check-out. So friendly! Definitely a huge thumbs up!
