This hotel room blew me away! Impeccably clean, it felt like a cozy haven. The shower was a spa-level experience – hot water on demand, fantastic pressure. Everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a delightful and rejuvenating getaway! 👏

We were greeted upon arrival by the staff who were lovely and provided us with welcome drinks. The check in process was smooth however our room was not ready so we were unable to check in. They kept our luggage for us and we went and sat by the pool. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool it is actually extremely small with only 6 sunbeds around the actual pool area. Half of the pool is under the shade. There is another terrace upstairs with sunbeds but you are away from the pool and some parts shaded. We stayed in a family suite which was extremely spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and catered to everyone there. The location is roughly around a 10 minute walk from Bui Vein Walking street which isn't too bad once you navigate the traffic. Due to the size of Ho Chi Minh it is extremely difficult to get your bearings especially if you are only staying a few days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. Due to my flight schedule delayed. I was check in around 5pm+. The room Deluxe I booked no more one full bed. I travel with my wife. Recipient staff Ms. BINH. We really appreciate she upgrade me to a club king size bedroom.

The communication with Tung was truly exceptional. He was not only prompt in his responses but also incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and welcomed right from the moment we booked. His clear instructions, thoughtful guidance, and helpful tips made the entire check-in process so easy. Tung went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress-free stay, and his hospitality really made a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Location is really good for early or late flight, but the room is faced by the lane and the sound proof of windows are not good enough so can hear the noise from outside during midnight. The service is good because the staff is really helpful for early check out.

best location, 5mins drive away from the airport, and safe to walk around. no need to worry for food, jz go out and walk a little and u will find so many food establishments. also there are nearby spa. the room is clean, but i would suggest to change their towels. already old and had served their purpose. variety of meat to serve for breakfast is good.

Good location accessible to airport. Room is clean and spacious. I was assigned to top floor where elevator can’t reach so the staff need to carry my luggage. But staff are kind and helpful. I just don’t like the smell of the toilet. The drainage system is poor. I can’t breath while taking shower due to strong peep smell

It’s super near the airport. Very clean and spacious for the price paid. My window was facing the building but I stayed here last night of my trip so it’s fine. The shower gel smells amazing. Would stay here again as transit in future. Near to supermarket and food shops. Just a bit far to District 1 bout 20 mins away
