We came here with our young son and so glad we chose this hotel. The rooms are big and spacious, the bed also big and very comfortable. - included is fridge , tv and kettle. The showers are powerful and can go very warm. The rooms come with a patio and we were so lucky that we could literally open our room door and dive straight into the stunning pool. It’s great value for money and a tasty breakfast is included with a great selection on the menu aswel as juice tea or coffee. I would also like to give a special mention to the owner Moon and her beautiful daughter. We had trouble with a lost passport from a previous hotel. Moon was a god send, she really went over and above to help retrieve our passport and they are such a warm, welcoming family. - When we come back to Hoi An we will definitely stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay here, we were given so many recommendations from Moon for restaurants, coffee shops etc. The room was clean and big and the pool was a bonus!! It was only a 20 mins walk from the Old Town too. Such a nice week, thank you!!!

I stayed 3 nights ! The place is perfect, far from the downtown noise, no problem with the hot water, the wifi was good and Moon is the perfect host ! Free bicycles and good price for a scooter available. The pancakes at breakfast was delicious.

Great place to stay staff very friendly and helped get us cheep flights and entry into local attractions including hai van pass ( awesome) great value place for price walking distance to old city.and have scooter rental and bicycles. Great place

This has been the nicest accommodation I've stayed in Vietnam so far. The owner/manager, moon, is incredibly kind and helpful with no request too much to ask. The rooms are incredibly spacious with an excellent shower. The pool area is perfect and the whole accommodation has a beautiful view out on to the river.

This is a great hotel and i highly reccomend for anyone staying in Hoi An to stay here. For a very reasonable price you get big, very clean and light rooms - a lovely swimming pool with relaxed seating area and you are in peaceful nature right on the river. But for me personally, what stands out the most is the wonderful staff. The owner Moon is so friendly and helpful, she has helped with me with every one of my requests with nothing but enthusiasm and warmth. This is also reflected in the other staff members. I came here for 1 night and I've been here 2 weeks which says everything you need to know!!

This absolutely wonderful gem of a place in the beautiful Hoi An. Moon the manager helps with planning activities and acts as the local travel agent/ personal planner arranging flight, cooking classes and Ha long bay cruise. Taking all our planning over so we can truly enjoy the trip of what beautiful hoi an has to offer. A must for all travellers to Vietnam 🇻🇳 thank you Moon you will always travel with us. Safe travels

Be very careful with this accommodation. We have been with them for 4 nights, booking on Agoda. The pool is incredible but everything else is a disaster. The manager, Moon, does everything possible to sell you tours that are much more expensive than in the city, and tries to sell you from check-in and even at breakfast, when she sits with you with brochures. The rooms are in poor condition, they were not cleaned in 3 days, the shower screen was broken, the air conditioning was leaking. It felt like everything was dirty. We also had bad experiences, like a shouting match at 1 AM and no one from security (supposedly there is someone) came to do anything. We rented bikes that barely stopped for 50k per bike per day. The worst thing was that we had extended one more night (the 5th) the day after arriving, and two hours before, he came and told us that (by chance?) he had forgotten it and that he had resold it to a family at a higher price. When we left in disgust for another accommodation, he canceled the reservation on Agoda to avoid bad comments when he sees that guests are not satisfied. It's a shame to ruin a stay in a city as beautiful as Hoi An just because the manager wants to make money and more money.
