"It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The room was great as well & the pools. They also can help your organize your tours. ~Mei"

"The resort was really thoughtful to provide us with a complimentary room upgrade to a connected room for our family of three when we checked-in. I had great interactions with the resort staff. The resort was located at a relatively quiet area in the midst of paddy fields away from the hustle and bustle of the historic town which we like alot, but yet it is also near to the old town with a short 10 min car ride. There is a free shuttle service to the old town and the beach, but you can also easily do grab for less than SGD$3 to almost all places of interest from the resort. The breakfast spread was a good mix of continental, Asian and local spread, typical of most resort. The only downside is that some of the common facilities such as gym and kids playroom are abit worn, but then again, there are so many things to do in Hoi An that I doubt you have time to use these facilities. Another thing to note is that there is air-conditioning in the rooms unlike what trip.com says in their fine print that there is no air-conditioning."

"For the area, this is a really nice hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and efficient; services such as providing extra beds, assistance from pool staff, arranging hotel transport, and tourist information at the front desk were all handled perfectly."

"This was an excellent choice. The hotel's overall ambiance, rooms, and location were all fantastic. My only minor disappointment was that breakfast was just okay, not quite as good as I'd expected. Additionally, I experienced some skin irritation, and I wasn't sure if it was due to the pool water, the shower water, or perhaps even the bottled water provided in the room."

"Check-in was very quick, which is always appreciated. The indoor garden area is a real oasis, with a well-kept pool and spaces for playing and reading. The room itself is great: a comfortable and spacious bed, with no disturbing noises, which allowed me to rest perfectly. The bathroom was also in excellent condition and the facilities were of high quality. In addition, the breakfast is varied and delicious, a perfect way to start the day. However, the only drawback was the location of the hotel. It is located on a small island about a kilometer from the city center of Hoi An. This means that for any activity or entertainment, you need to travel to the city. Although there is a traditional evening show on the island, the offer is limited and seems to be designed to attract guests of the hotel and the nearby shopping center. Most visitors prefer to go to Hoi An, which is much more attractive and vibrant. In short, although the hotel is of high quality and offers a pleasant experience, the location may be a factor to consider if you are looking for more entertainment and nightlife options. My stay at the hotel was generally good, but I had an unpleasant experience with the shampoo, gel and conditioner containers which were made of ceramic. These were placed on the bathtub, and when trying to bathe comfortably, one of them fell and broke. This was not only inconvenient, but also posed a risk of accident, especially in a bathroom where it is common to be barefoot. To top it off, the hotel charged me an excessive amount for the broken container, which I found unfair. In many hotels, the dispensers are made of plastic to avoid accidents like this. I think they should consider changing to safer materials for the comfort and safety of guests. In short, although the hotel has positive aspects, the choice of materials for the bathroom products left a lot to be desired."

"Hotel was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going it Hoi An. Its about a 15min drive from the hotel and the hotel has a car service that drops you off and picks you up from the old town. The pool and amenities are great and for the price you pay its a super good hotel! Would definitely stay again if I come back to Hoi An."

"This was my second visit, having first stayed here 7 years ago. The facilities seemed noticeably cleaner than on my previous visit. My two-night stay was very comfortable and completely hassle-free! Breakfast was excellent on both days. The complimentary bike rental was a fantastic perk, allowing me to leisurely explore Hoi An."

"We stayed at for Palm Garden for 3 nights. We had a lovely stay and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The hotel is a bit far from the old town so you need to take a didi but it is super relaxing and far from the business of the old town. The hotel had some complimentary workshops that I enjoyed including cooking classes and lantern making. The hotel was super family friendly and had lots of facilities like spa pool and private beach. Highly recommended! We had a lovely stay."
