Silk River Hoi An Hotel & Spa Reviews

La Silk River Hotel is a wonderful place in the beautiful ancient city of Hoi An, reminiscent of Santorini. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists, Mr. Xuan and Ms. Mi, were always attentive and friendly. They even came to the restaurant to make sure everything was okay. The restaurant staff were also very friendly. Thank you all! A special thanks to the young staff who helped us with our luggage. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the highlight of our morning. The bedding was soft and cozy, so we slept really well. We swam in the pool every day. The walk along the river was great. The hotel rented bicycles so we could cross the bridge and visit the early morning market. It was the perfect hotel for three people. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything!

Everything was perfect, nice customer service. Just I didn't know so many people from 🇮🇱 travel to Hoi An and seem then at the same hotel as the one I stay kind of ruin my mood. They are killing Children's and Kids. I know it's not hotel staff foul, I think hotels should put pro 🇮🇱 so people can make better choices where to stay.

LA Silk located around 2km from town centre, you can go to town centre by grab and bicycle which provide by hotel. It offer some car service which is much cheaper compare with grab. Good service.

Hotel was in a good location for us. It was out of town but that meant a peaceful nights sleep and it was very easy to get taxis. They also have free bicycles to use if you want. The breakfast here was very good with lots of choice - I would recommend more food heaters as some of it can get cold. Overall the cleanliness was fine, however we did have bloodworms in the shower on the first day we arrived

Value for money. The staff is friendly and able to communicate in English fluently. International buffet breakfast, however still prefer local breakfast.

The hotel was in very good location for us as we can walk fine to the old quarter. The hotel itself is very beautiful & clean and staffs were all very friendly. The breakfast was very good too and was different menu options everyday. We had dinner there few times too which was really nice. And the dry cleaning service we used was very useful too.

Beautiful hotel with Santorini style and a nice swimming pool. There was a breathtaking view with a large lakeside. Great services provided including transport and great hospitality by the customer services. Great and nice breakfast was provided as well. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience to be staying here.

Simple & nice hotel, love that the hotel provide bicycle to go around Hoi An, breakfast was sufficient & good. Only downside would be the room is a lil dated with old furniture.

Service  and breakfast is good .However the hotel is quite far from the old town and need to walk about 30 min .

The hotel is very clean and beautiful hotel, using blue and white tones to decorate. Makes the room look very spacious. The bathroom is wide and clean. Luckily, the hotel upgraded the room to be bigger than before. Traveling with 2 people, but got a room with 3 beds, separated to sleep far apart. Balcony next to the river 😄 So happy. The price is not expensive, but the room and breakfast line are very complete. Great value. Not far from the old city. The hotel can call a car to pick you up and drop you off. Recommend this hotel. If I have a chance to come to Hoi An . I Will come back and stay here again.

Hotel is brand new, sparkling clean. Location is at the end of the riverside, give it far away from the noisy old town. Guest relationship Ms Lee super nice and friendly. Will come back again.
