Hotel pool area and grounds were well kept. Room could be better updated. Lack of power outlets in the room. The one connected to the night table was broken. We booked a room with a view. However, was disappointed it was facing the back and balcony was not accessible

Very clean and cozy hotel. Like the breakfast too!! Use Google map to navigate to the small alley but it's totally easy to find the villa. Quiet area to stay and we have our own villa to our self. Nice and comfortable stay in hoi an.

Updown hotel is relatively north, it is very convenient from Da Nang. But the ancient city of Hoi An is not big, so you can walk anywhere, 10 minutes walk to the river. The room facilities are good, with a small balcony nice. Watch the sunset and drink a little wine in the evening. Breakfast is not as rich as a star-rated hotel, but there are chefs who make egg rolls and omelettes, and the ingredients are quite fresh. There is a swimming pool on the roof, which is great.

Living here is not far from the ancient city and not far from delicious Vietnamese French bread. The location is great! You can just walk in and out, haha
The swimming pool is not big, but it is enough for children to play. The only drawback is that the breakfast content is relatively light. It would be better if it could be richer. However, the brownie cake for breakfast is delicious, you must get it 👍
When we checked in, the service staff kindly introduced us to some restaurants and activities we could participate in, which were pretty good!
The hotel has free bicycles you can ride on, but the brakes on some bicycles are a bit loose, which will test your riding skills, haha

The uncle at the B&B is kind and friendly. He will give you itinerary suggestions and provide rental bicycles and motorcycles. He will clean it every day. When you come back from an outing, you will find that you have folded your clothes. The room has a refrigerator and a terrace. The location is very convenient. It is within a 10-minute walk to the ancient town. I stayed here. 3 days. If I go to Vietnam again, I will choose to stay here again. Thanks!

The room is much simpler than the pictures advertised online. In front of the door, there are many rainwater gutters that have stagnated for a long time and cannot drain, the aesthetics are uncivilized and polluted

Highly recommended, great room, and a very comfortable and lovely balcony. The boss is also very kind. You can ask him anything about Hoi An. He is very enthusiastic. The room is very comfortable and the sleep is very comfortable. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the ancient town of Hoi An. It is very convenient. There are also many local snacks and traditional markets around.

Bad choice!
We had chosen this guesthouse for its many references.
The hotel is charming, well located, and the welcome was attentive.
The rooms - small - are modern, recently renovated and very clean.
We booked 2 nights on site.
But the first morning, we were woken up at 7am by the noise: the owners had decided to renovate and break down the walls of the room below us.
Jackhammer, blows from clubs, music and shouts from the workers... so it was impossible to sleep!
We then understood why we were the only guests of the hotel.
It was impossible to negotiate an early departure: 2 nights being booked in advance we had to stay and suffer the same thing the next morning.
Barely an apology, not a commercial gesture when the laundry done on site was billed twice as expensive as elsewhere.
What a shame.

I stayed on the 4th floor rooftop, which is the highest floor in Hoi An. I asked for a room with a good view, so they prepared it for me, and the owner's impression was just as impressive as the accommodation, which was very kind and cute.
The view from the balcony was unique, and it felt like Europe?ㅎㅎThe bed was very wide, and there was even an air conditioner and a fan~ It was a little noisy, but it was very cool and comfortable.
It's a 5-minute walk to Old Town, so if you go on a Hoi An restaurant tour that the owner told you about, take a boat, float a wishing boat, have dinner, and go to the night market, the day will fly by.
Of course, since there aren't many places with air conditioning, I recommend visiting a massage shop that shouts ”air conditioning bang bang” during the day~
I think I understand why the owner was so confident when he said that since they serve banh mi for breakfast, you can skip other banh mi restaurants.
The breakfast was really delicious. The tea and juice they make themselves are also delicious. If you are thinking of staying in Hoi An for a night, I highly recommend you stay here!!

Sselena tingThis is a transparent villa. The owner is very enthusiastic. Our room has a good view on the top floor. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but there is an external freight elevator that can lift and transport the luggage, because with an elderly person, the owner specially explained that if you want to go up and down, you can tell them. But I am really embarrassed to have been troublesome the owner, so later in and out of the elderly slowly up and down the stairs, it is also an alternative experience.

GGuest UserI was worried because there were no reviews, but it was the best choice during my trip to Da Nang.
1. The owner is very friendly and provides good guidance in English about places to visit nearby. Speak English well.
2. Free bicycle rental service is good.
3. The breakfast was delicious, like a home-cooked meal (I highly recommend the banh mi).
4. The location is also great. Go out and walk for about 10 minutes to reach Old Town. Other hotels in the old town are too noisy.
But this hotel had a good location and was quiet.
I really hope you go there.
It was such a happy and warm memory😍

We were on the 3rd floor, the room was spacious, the price was cheap, the staff provided good service. Can speak English For breakfast, you can choose what you want to eat. GGuest UserI went to that homestay because the reviews were so good. When i arrived it was so hard to communicate, they were hectic all the time and wanted my to pay, but i already paid. The next i asked to extend and they said they are fully booked, but on the internet it was available and when i went back in the evening because i forgot my charger the whole room was empty. Overall a nice and cheap place for budget travelers. The cleanliness is okay.
