We arrived after a night at a resort in Danang where I had lost my glasses. Hien (who checked us in) was very helpful in giving us turn by turn directions to the nearest optical shop. She even offered to take us there in person on her break (this place is a 10 minute walk away). Her generous offer and sincerity really impressed us, and is much appreciated.

Impressed from the first time I stayed The room is comfortable and fully equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. And I would like to compliment receptionist Katy, Tracey, Lucy and Therapist Ba. They are very friendly. I came alone, but I didn't feel lonely. I could talk, ask questions or ask for advice from them. She was eager to help me. Even though she didn't have information, she would try to find information for me. Those things made me feel very relaxed. The location is convenient. The facilities are clean and so comfortable. And I came to massage everyday I stayed there. I like everything that I will come back to stay.

This Resort was the best resort I’ve ever visited in my life. My whole family loved the room, breakfast, facilities and even the staff members were so lovely and kind🥰 Got lot of beautiful pictures from the resort surroundings. We had really good sleep and enjoyed a lot, And they provide shuttle buses to the Old town market and An bang beach, could save some money😅 I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who reads my review. You’ll never regret!!! I will visit here again when I come to Hoian next time. Thank you❤️❤️

Quaint little resort nestled in the suburban area of Hoi an, its very near to the basket boat area so please include that in your itinerary as well. Its quiet at night so you could rest well. Complimentary shuttle to the old town is available so that removes your worry for transport!

This was the greatest hotel I have been in Hoian. I booked the hotel for my mom and she does not speak any English. So I asked the staff they can help with car reservation and other things since I have to work during her stay. All the staff were so nice. We really appreciate your help. I will definitely come back and stay in future. Breakfast menu were simple but delicious. Fruits were fresh and Pho was outstanding. Room is clean and modern. I loved the view. The whole resort is very private and quiet with nice swimming pool. The location is near from the old town everyone should visit this resort

This hotel is from an old shop, dismantled and re-emerged new shop, my friends and I are very surprised, this shop decoration gives people a modern fashion sense, each room also has different colors, which is pleasing to the eye, the area is very wide, basically all the items are new, because it is winter, Did not swim in the pool, opened the door, less than a few steps is the pool, just like a private pool. I will definitely come back again, this time is too short. The front desk staff of the shop was very kind and gave us a lot of information. For breakfast, the restaurant is a bit small and the variety is very complete. A large place is being built.

During my trip to Vietnam, this hotel turned out to be the most comfortable. It is a real villa with a huge room, a large balcony with comfortable chairs and a stylish bathroom. Very quiet and calm. The bed is large with the cleanest and new bed linen, it was a pleasure to sleep! There is a cafe next to the hotel, where I tried many new dishes of local cuisine - delicious and quite inexpensive. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The availability of bicycles will allow you to take walks around the area. And if the weather does not allow you to take a bike ride, you can order an inexpensive taxi and go to the place you need. It is adjacent to a wide non-view and the Tubong River. I stayed here alone for 4 nights. The well-maintained large pool (open until 10pm) was enjoyable while looking at the moon, and although the types are similar every day, breakfast was also clean. On the last day, I went back to Anbang Beach, but I forgot my hair dryer. I went to get it on a motorcycle grab, and they even brought me beer from the fridge. It's the best for a quiet rest👍. There are also yoga cooking classes, and it's the best place for families and couples to come. The market is a bit inconvenient to get to by bike or on foot. You should definitely go when you're taking a break! On the last day, a group of Chinese people came, but they threw away their cigarette butts, put on bathrobes, ate, and left quickly. It was a relief that the peace had collapsed~~^^;; I'm grateful to Ami and Anna for being so kind to me until the end. I'm 100% willing to come back with my friends.

We stayed in a calm lake view room with a beautiful view overlooking the pond — such a peaceful and relaxing setting. Our first room was a bit damp, which was unfortunate, but the staff were very kind and moved us to a room upstairs that was much better. The hotel grounds are lovely and truly have a zen atmosphere. The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. There were a few small things that could be improved, but overall, we still had a pleasant stay.

Highly recommend ZEST, good environment, provide professional services especially the receptionist - Thuy, she always good smile and asking me every day, she always concern what's I feel, it's really nice. Zest provide free shuttle bus between hotel and old town. And free of charge to borrow a bicycle so can ride to around feel free in countryside, and enjoy every moment in Zest even stay whole day in Zest.
