Brand new hotel with convenient location. All stuff are friendly and take care about you. We have a birthday and personal gift delicious cake with cute postcard. Room was pretty good with amazing view. Also restaurant on 38 have perfect service and view. Thank you for your care and help!

Celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday at the Mondrian Hong Kong. The decor is very funky and cool. Our room had a nice view of the city and Victoria Harbour. Big thank you to the guest relations team at the hotel.

I love this new stylish hotel! Room is big everything is so nice including the staffs from the bellboys especially the filipino one so helpful and polite always, the front desk officer who is very considerate and helpful to us I forgot to ask for his name but thank you so much for your kind assistance and graciousness for upgrading our room because we arrive so early and we are so tired. The bar Avoca is superp too! So stylish and the drinks and food were fantastic, I want to commend Hazel for being so informative with explaining the menu and drinks so entertaining, and the bartender Rolph you guys are the best! Looking forward to stay again, we had a really great time staying, we had the best sleep we love you bed, amenities, the bathroom, the view is so awesome!!! Everyday our room is so clean and tidy could not ask for more! Will recommend you guys to my friends who’s going to HK. Till next time! :)

If you want to be in the heart of things, The Mondrian is definitely in it. Bars and restaurants are steps away in all directions. The K11 mall is a short walk away, as is The Harbour Promenade. The MTR is about a 100 meters from the hotel entrance. The hotel itself is billed as a 5-star hotel; I found that to be wishful thinking. The lobby is spare, almost minimalist. We paid a premium for a larger room with what we assumed would be a "skyline" view, even requested a room with a view of the harbour. Instead, the view offered glimpses of the harbour. I will say that is was quite roomy and comfortable. The drawdown shades provided pitch darkness, which was too dark, because my girlfriend could have slept until and not realized it was daylight. ;-) The bathroom was also big with a nice powerful shower. However, I would expect a 5-star hotel to provide a couple of water bottles and not just a small water filtering machine that required guests to fill it up with tap water. I would expect a 5-star hotel to provide laundry services. And I'd expect better than a cheap U.S.$50 coffee machine. On a final note, the service staff were extremely friendly!

OMG!!! What an amazing place!! The room was very clean and had a beautiful design. The view on the harbour and skyline was breathtaking. The service team is very friendly and supportive. The location is also great and close to MTR. I would definitely book this hotel again.

I tried to leave today for the airport with a few luggages. Unfortunately, the street was blocked by fire trucks. The concierge team and the front counter staff were so helpful; all three of them took my luggages to the end of the street where the taxi can access! Again, a cheerful and helpful bunch! A police was there and in contrast, he was too focus on diverting the traffic and showed a very impatient attitude!

It was a great experience, I like the room and the service was great. Andrew was really friendly, will definitely be my choice for next stay in Hong Kong.

This new hotel is very conveniently situated within the heart of Tsim Tsa Tsui (just beside the MTR station), and a few minutes walk away from Victoria Harbour. The 24 hrs gym of the hotel is very well stocked, and the service standards of all the service staff (from those stationed at the reception, to the ones manning the F&B area) have been impeccable (based on what I had experienced). Will definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was an absolute treat. From the time I stepped in the hotel, the friendly and warm service greeted me and continued till my last goodbyes. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a chic, beautiful place to stay while in Hong Kong. Breakfast was great and they were able to cater to my food requirements. I will definitely visit again.
