Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The location is super convenient with tons of food options nearby. The staff, from the bellboys to the front desk and room service, were all incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was also plentiful. The room was quite spacious for Hong Kong standards. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely be staying here for all my future business trips to Hong Kong.

The location and views were fantastic, and the hotel and room cleanliness and style were also superb. On top of that, they surprised me with a birthday cake and even decorated the room for my birthday, which truly touched me. It was my first time visiting Hong Kong, and the experience at this hotel is one of the reasons I want to come back. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for a truly wonderful time in Hong Kong!

Nice room condition. Only the basin faucet is a bit hard to turn. There should be more pillow choices. I find the room has too solf pillows for me. But overall nice hotel and good breakfasts too

The hotel is very clean overall, and its location is excellent, being very close to K11 and Harbour City, making it convenient for travel and shopping. The hotel was renovated in 2023, so the facilities are still quite new. We traveled as two adults and two children, aged 6 and 11. Hong Kong hotels are quite strict about the number of guests per room. We initially wanted to book a king-size room but were concerned it might be cramped and worried about potential issues during check-in. Unexpectedly, a handsome, blonde, fair-skinned British expat at the front desk provided particularly thoughtful and attentive service. There was also a warm, mainland-accented lady who proactively reminded us that the king-size room would be quite small and helped us upgrade to a sea-view twin room for a small additional fee. The room offered a spacious, unbeatable sea view, and the experience was excellent. The staff were all easygoing and friendly. Overall, during our trip, we noticed that some Hong Kong taxi drivers and local shop owners were not very friendly towards mainland tourists. However, our stay at this hotel was exceptional and offered great value for money. You can get a king-size room for just over a thousand dollars and a sea-view twin room for just over two thousand. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hong Kong. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I chose this hotel because it's relatively new, close to the station, and seemed to offer great views! Being a newer build with modern facilities definitely made for a comfortable stay, which was a good choice! The staff also had a modern, friendly vibe, which was enjoyable. I also loved the breakfast options, like the half-buffet! I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Hong Kong!

The room was bigger than I expected. The location is very convenient, right in the city center. The hygiene was excellent, and the service was very attentive. Although it's a bit pricey, it's definitely worth the money! Just a heads-up, this hotel requires a deposit for check-in, and they only accept credit card or cash. So, it's best to be prepared beforehand. Even though I didn't have either, the front desk allowed me to waive the deposit by scanning a QR code and registering as a member via email, which was a bit of a hassle. Overall, it was a great experience!

The food is amazing (both in-room service and Avoca on 38/F). The room is very clean and spacious, the gear in the gym is newish and properly maintained. Don’t forget the rooftop garden on 40/F. Fantastic harbour view especially during night time! The only minor thing is the mattress may be a little bit soft for us but all in all we had a great time.

This was my first time staying here, and I was very impressed. The service was excellent, and all the reception staff were welcoming. The room was kept clean and hygienic daily, and they even provided a special birthday cake

The room was well-equipped, clean, bright, and comfortable, with a great ocean view. This hotel has a very stylish design, and my experience was excellent. The service attitude was five-star; they even gave me a delicate bottled drink when I checked in. The service was perfectly arranged!

Upon check-in, we were offered welcome drinks. The staff were friendly and polite. Our room had a sea view, which was very comfortable and stylishly designed. The location is super convenient, right next to the N1 subway exit, which also leads to K11. Excellent value for money!

Stayed for two nights on weekdays and both times got upgraded to a sea view room. The unbeatable Victoria Harbour view was right outside the window. The room wasn't big but very clean, and the staff were really enthusiastic. There was no discrimination against Mandarin-speaking guests as some rumors suggest. Most importantly, the location is excellent and convenient for transportation.

Today is my birthday, and to be honest, it hasn’t been the happiest one for me. I decided to take a little trip to Hong Kong and spend some quiet time by myself. So when I came back to my room and found this lovely birthday surprise from the Mondrian team, it genuinely touched my heart. 🥹🤍 It may seem like a small gesture, but on a day when I wasn’t feeling my best, it meant so much more than you could imagine. The handwritten card, the little cake, and the thoughtfulness behind everything made me smile and made my birthday feel a little warmer. Thank you so much to the Mondrian Hong Kong team for this sweet surprise and for making someone spending her birthday alone feel very special and cared for. I’ll definitely remember this little moment from my 30th birthday in Hong Kong. 🤍

The environment is very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The room is quite spacious, big enough for two 24-inch suitcases. There's a fridge, a coffee machine, and even a water purifier in the room, which saved me money on buying water. I stayed for 5 days, and the room was cleaned daily – excellent service! The location is also fantastic; the subway station is right outside, and it's just a 5-minute walk to K11 and the Avenue of Stars. Super convenient!
