AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The pet-friendly room was almost double the price, and I found a huge clump of someone else's hair. The hotel actually said, "Hair hygiene issues don't affect the stay experience," then completely ghosted us after check-out. We originally booked for two nights and found it okay for the first two days, so we extended for another night. It was only on the last night that we discovered a large clump of long hair, clearly left by a previous guest, stuck in a very low spot in the bathroom. The hair was thick and long, with even some curly strands in it. (I dye my hair, and my boyfriend has short, fine hair, so it definitely wasn't ours.) It was truly disgusting to see. If we had seen it on the first day, there's no way we would have extended for a third night. What's more, this spot was very low, exactly at a height where a pet could reach it, or even accidentally ingest it. We specifically paid almost double the price of a standard room for a pet-friendly room, and this is the level of hygiene we get? Even if we didn't have a pet, wouldn't such a large clump of hair left by the previous guest still be considered a hygiene issue? Before check-out, the hotel kept saying they would actively communicate with their superiors and provide a satisfactory solution. But as soon as we checked out, no one followed up, they didn't reply to messages, and ultimately, there was no actual resolution. Their so-called "compensation" was: next time we stay, they could upgrade our room type.??? After all this, what makes them think we'd ever come back? The most outrageous part was that the hotel eventually stated that this kind of hair hygiene issue "doesn't affect the stay experience." I'm genuinely curious then, if a previous guest leaving such a large clump of hair, especially in a spot directly accessible to pets, doesn't affect the stay experience, then what does? I really do not recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling with pets, be extremely cautious. Pet-friendly rooms are more expensive, yet they can't even manage basic cleanliness, and their handling of problems is incredibly perfunctory. Everyone, stay with caution, truly avoid this place.

Got an upgrade to a suite, and the room was perfect. The service was fantastic, especially Francis, who provided a high-quality stay and service. Definitely up to Marriott standards!

This hotel is located in Putuo Changfeng Ecological Business District, not far from Changfeng Park, and next to a Suning Art Museum. The hotel's decor is very family-friendly, making it suitable for staying with children.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy with good lighting and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, and it offered excellent value for money. This will be my first choice for future stays!

The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, making it suitable for both business and leisure stays. My room was clean and tidy with plenty of natural light, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling window was lovely. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was well-designed. All facilities were well-maintained, showing attention to detail and quality. What I want to praise most is Francis's service at the front desk! When I checked in, he was warm and friendly, handled everything efficiently and skillfully, and patiently answered all my questions. He proactively introduced the hotel facilities, breakfast times, and local transportation tips, all with a constant smile. He made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. Any small requests I had, he responded to quickly and resolved perfectly. His professionalism and service awareness are top-notch—he's truly a 'gem of an employee'! It was a fantastic stay, and I've already added it to my list of preferred hotels in Shanghai! I highly recommend it to everyone, and I hope the hotel recognizes Francis for his excellent work. Clean, bright rooms with spacious bathrooms and great natural light. Breakfast was good too. The service was attentive and professional, meeting all standards. It's located by Suzhou River Park, which is great for morning runs. However, the dining options are quite weak. There's only one noodle shop with a very simple menu. They claim to have all-day dining, but it actually only goes until 10:30 PM. I didn't see a room service menu. The closest dining options are at the Metro City Mall, about 1.2 kilometers away, and even there, the choices aren't extensive. This would be an excellent choice for a long-term stay as a serviced apartment, but as a hotel, I personally think it falls a bit short. Overall, despite a few minor flaws, it's still pretty good.

The room had a strong musty smell, and the soundproofing wasn't great. The facilities were a bit old, and the air conditioning made a lot of noise at night. The bedding felt damp, and the towels were of very average quality. There wasn't much for breakfast, though the fresh squeezed juice was good. The robot-made noodles had mediocre toppings. Overall, it was just okay.

It's been a long time since I stayed in such a poor hotel. The hygiene standards were mediocre, the facilities were average, and the food taste and variety were just okay. The professionalism and attitude of the staff were even more subpar. The surrounding amenities were also quite ordinary, making it inconvenient.
