The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. I chose this hotel because it was close to the station for travel purposes, but the city is compact so it was also a great location for sightseeing. The breakfast was also delicious.

It is a 10-minute walk from Salzburg Central Station, and even on rainy days you can walk about 70% of the way from the station under the gate, so you hardly get wet. Salzburg Central Station and the train tracks are right in front of the hotel, and it was fun just watching the trains from the window.
