Pictures say a million words. First room I was show was covered in black mould. 2nd room was the one I stayed in, bigger which was good and slightly cleaner. A third room was smaller no windows and marginally clean. On the plus side the Chinese lady was super friendly and super nice. That’s it. Oh and the building next door has construction from 7am and yes I can touch the scaffolding form my window….

Twas a perfect and cozy place to stay and yes, its close to the city

location wise the hotel is very near the mtr and bus station. its just on the backmof the prudential hotel in nathan road

Take Exit E of Jordan Station and walk straight on your right. When you see Mixue Ice City, go through the nearby entrance and walk toward the 7-11 convenience store. You'll find it in the Baolai Building. Take the elevator to the eighth floor. The elevators on the left are odd-numbered, and the elevators on the right are even-numbered. The front desk lady, who is from Harbin, is very friendly. They don't require a deposit, and they don't use a room card to open the door, but a key. The only good thing is that the power doesn't go out if you leave. I brought my own disposable four-piece bed set in the picture, which I put on myself, so I slept more comfortably. The teapot is not a kettle, so you need to get hot water at the front desk. Slippers are provided, but nothing else is available, so bring your own. You can get a hair dryer at the front desk. The toilet tank ran out of water after flushing a few times, so they gave you a small basin to flush with, which seemed difficult to flush if you were to poop. While the environment isn't particularly good, Hong Kong is a landscaping place, and getting a room near a subway station in the city for under 300 yuan is quite good.

Generally speaking, compared with hotels of the same level, this one is spacious and has a bigger room. The whole floor is the North-South Hotel. From the perspective of scale, it is a relatively large and formal hotel. The key is the excellent location. It is right outside Jordan Station and is convenient to go anywhere. I recommend everyone to stay here.

The boss is very welcoming and it is very convenient to have Jordan MTR station downstairs. However, the room is average in hygiene, the bedsheets have old stains, and the soundproofing in the room is poor. You can hear the noise from the corridor. If the room price is lower, it is still suitable for living.

The soundproofing is not so bad. The upstairs people kept moving tables and chairs from 11am to 3am, which kept me awake until the second half of the night! It was useless to report to the front desk. The bathroom smelled so bad that I almost vomited. The quilt was a summer quilt, but I had to use it in the cold winter. My son is very cold-resistant in winter, but he woke up from the cold.

Convenient location, close to the city center. There are a large number of bus stops and subway stations nearby. There are all kinds of shops around, and there is still plenty of food to eat even at night. The room is acceptable and overall is up to standard.
