Response from Property: 謝謝您選擇我們家入住，是這樣，由於人工的問題，我們沒有專門的前台，整棟大廈整個香港賓館都沒有專門前台（酒店有），基本都是前台和衞生阿姨是同個，所以前台不能保證時刻有人，但是我們擔心客人找不到我們，所以在前台裝了個電話，電話我們後就立馬下來接待辦理入住，我們一般不會讓客人等太久，接到電話就立馬下來，偶爾遇到電梯人多我們都是跑樓梯下來的。

So there is no problem of no one to receive you. Because due to the recent overall maintenance of the building, it is inevitable that there will be machine noise during working hours; but this is only during the maintenance time of the work (normal working hours). As the owner, we have no control over this issue, but we will try our best to help you arrange a room with better sound insulation.
