Good -- actually at the sister location, "Castle Inn..." This big double bed in a room bigger than expected. The wifi works well, and there is decaffeinated espresso and hot and cold water in the lobby. The room was quiet and the bathroom was pretty big for this kind of room and the host was nice enough I guess. Of course, you're in prime location TST, in the one of a kind Chungking Mansion also.

We spend here 1 night. The location is excellent in TsimShaSui, Nathan road. It is a budget hotel, so don't have to much expectation. You will get what you pay for. Although i recommend it for one or two nights.

In short words I would like to say Worst experience of the life . Had to wait till 06 06 am to get in as no one was there . Sad . Non of fault of the Mr Singh who was there on duty . But over all management is to be blamed . Not recommended at all please

The room is so small, it is not very clean but ok, and it is so old. The location is good. I want a big bed room, but they gave me two beds room.

The owner refused to refund even after providing valid evidence of reasons. This was way before checkin when I requested a refund due to travel complications. Think twice before you pay. Lost Close to 600 RMB because of this.

Very very worth it, owner give me early check in with upgrade room.. very clean room.. water heater air conditioner berfungsi dengan baik semuanya.. very reccomended

The room is ok but upon entering u can already smell the pillows and blankets smells bad..its like not change..the toilet sink also is dirty..The window is also dusty and not clean..

We enjoy our stay in Swiss hotel.. The renter is very intertaining and lend us some socket and they clean our room everyday 😚 the location is very accessible to Mrt , fast food, money changer

Really small and was all dirty when we arrived, bedsheets were stained and smelled bad. Toilet was full of hair and looked messy, there was an old dirty gym shoe under the bed. The floor of the room was wet with a puddle when we got in. We left and wasted a lot of money.

Horrible stay, avoid at all costs !!!! The room was very small, it felt more like a prison cell. The bed was very dirty and practically unusable, it smelt of the many hundreds of no doubt disappointed traveler’s that had previously stayed there, it was so bad that stayed out at a bar for most of the night walking around. the bathroom had clearly never been cleaned, there was pee and hair everywhere. The staff were cold and rude. The directions to the hotel were terrible. I would seriously stay away from this place or any of the hotels in this building. Defiantly not worth the money, I was very much contemplating leaving the minuit I arrived, but I had a flight early the next day and I had already paid, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Swiss opened a deformation law suit against these guys in the near future, 0/10.
