Karen (Li?) has been exceptionally helpful during our 2 visits. It was our first time in Hong Kong, we don't know Cantonese, we had many questions, and Karen's recommendations for activities (food, shopping) were very good. We love the hotel and we strongly recommend to others. We will surely come again.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay!
Our experience at the Hong Kong Empire Hotel Wan Chai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful staff who made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.
The room exceeded all expectations — it was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly quiet. We couldn’t hear any noise from the street or neighboring rooms, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy a peaceful rest. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft linens that made it hard to get up in the morning!
One of the highlights was the breakfast, which truly surprised us in the best way. It was included in the room rate and offered an impressive variety of delicious, high-quality options — plentiful, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared.
We left feeling completely refreshed and very happy with our stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

What a great clean hotel! The staff also spoke English which was very nice! The staff there was extremely accommodating and very kid friendly. Everything was provided for our little traveler from a bath tub, crib, and even toiletries. I would say the only down side is the gym was small but I guess that’s par for the course in Hong Kong. The bed was very very comfortable. Our baby loved it as you can see from the picture. Great hotel. Great service. And better value.

The location is extremely convenient, I couldn’t imagine the best area to stay in Hong Kong for my first experience here! The hotel is close to bus and subway stations. My hotel room view was 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, there was an incident with my personal belongings when a cleaning lady threw away my water bottles and tripod plastic bag. These items weren’t in the trash bin, I’ve never had such experience with any cleaning service that they take responsibility for throwing away their guests’ things. That incident worsened my impression of the hotel. I didn’t feel like my stuff would be safe and sound inside my hotel room. In general, the hotel is nice to stay in Hong Kong.

The hotel and location were great for nearby shopping with a toddler, but the front-of-house staff were not so friendly. I'm an IHG member, which was part of my decision to stay at the Crowne Plaza, but I was surprised to discover my points would not be awarded to my IHG membership because I didn't book directly with the hotel.
The breakfast food quality and service were good, but the restaurant room was too narrow and not easy to walk around during the peak breakfast time.

Hotel room is clean and big enough to open up 2 big luggage. Toiletries are provided. There is a lounge with water dispenser and coffee machine. You can have cup noodles at the lounge. There are complimentary bread and basic spread every morning 7am-10am.
The aircon is centrally controlled so you cannot adjust when it's too cold at night.
The location is about 8mins walk from A5 exit and need to jaywalk a little unless you don't mind walking a little more to use the 2 traffic lights.
Tram is 2 mins away from hotel so you can take it to Causeway Bay and Tin Hau.
Plenty of famous food places within walking distance like Joy Hing, Kam's Roast, Lung Dim Sum, Bill Kee Wanton Mee, Bakehouse.

I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings that made for a truly relaxing stay.
The hotel's facilities were top-notch - from the beautiful swimming pool to the well-equipped gym, I was never short of things to do. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, each one expertly prepared and bursting with flavor.
What truly set Lanson Place Causeway Bay apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff (front desk, bell service, call centre, housekeeping, F&B, etc) went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, attending to every need with a smile and genuine care. I felt truly pampered and can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay, look no further than Lanson Place.

The hotel was quite nice. The staff was very helpful. They let us check in early. The gym was very good for a hotel gym and the swimming pool was very clean and nice. We had the breakfast buffet each day and the selection of food was very good and the quality was good. I would stay here again if I was planning to stay in Hong Kong island.

We reserved a disabled room for 2 nights and the quality of service for elderly guests is good, especially the maid cleansing room services. The front desk staff also helpful and arranged late checkout for us. The lobby has regular staff to lead guest the directions. The Hopewell mall has different shops for guests and connected to Wu Chung House in between has various restaurants. Good to restay again if room available next time.

PPhilllyExcellent hotel, one of the best views in HK and great service. Want to thank Tyra for the best welcome I’ve had at any HK hotel - even better than W which is close second. Breakfast here is the best in the region - though I do miss the queen coconuts you used to have! Great work Hyatt keep it up

GGuest UserExcellent hotel in a great location just next to the metro entrance. Upon check-in we were thrilled to hear we’d been granted a free upgrade to a suite. The suite was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve had, with a full living room, awesome skyline views from both rooms, and two bathrooms including a large tub in the room. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel for several nights during a mix of business and leisure travel, and overall, I had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were courteous, attentive, and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated the clear information provided about amenities, meal options, and local attractions.
The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable with fresh linens, and the pillows offered good support. I especially liked the large windows that allowed plenty of natural light during the day. The decor was modern but warm, striking a nice balance between style and comfort. A small seating area with a coffee table was a welcome touch, especially for doing a bit of work in the evenings. The desk space and strong Wi-Fi made it easy to stay productive.

DDH79The hotel is in a great location — the A11 airport bus stop (Airport > Wan Chai) is right at the entrance, and the stop for A11 (Wan Chai > Airport) is just a 5–6 minute walk away. Several other bus routes and tram stops are also within a 5-minute walking distance.
In terms of service, the front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, they made sure to kindly remind me of this at check-in. Housekeeping was thorough, and it’s clear that the hotel puts effort into maintaining its facilities.
Aside from needing to go up to the 19th floor for the water dispenser and the room being small (which is quite typical for hotels in Hong Kong), everything else was great. The bath amenities were of good quality — shampoo and body wash didn’t leave my hair feeling too dry. If the hairdryer had a bit more power, it would’ve been perfect!

TUVE Hotel is a hidden gem in Tin Hau, offering a peaceful escape with its sleek, minimalist design. The rooms are impeccably clean, well-equipped, and surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong. The staff is professional and attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. While there’s no in-house restaurant, great dining options are just steps away. Perfect for those who appreciate modern aesthetics and tranquility. Highly recommended!

AAnh TungA convienence hotel location, 3 mins walk to MTR, bus, ding ding… Lots of bar/ convi stores nearby. The rooms has plenty of plugs with UK style and USB A port. The queen bed 1.5m is quite tight for family 2+1. Minus points are (i) the lift operates with **** upon going up/down (ii) the restroom smell not good as seems like leakage tubs althought ventilator are on almost the time

GGuest UserThere was a smoking zone right next to the ground floor entrance which was very irritating and bad for nonsmokers like us. Wash basin a bit too small. Breakfast very poor. Could just provide freshly baked bread, jam, boiled or fried eggs will do. Tea and coffee also taste terrible. Other than that consider good.

CCk TingAbout 5 minutes walk from Causeway Bay MTR. not much of conveniences stalls below the hotel, got to venture out a bit further.
Asked for a queen size bed but given 2 singles.
Room is not big, don't expect to be able to open your luggage if it is a big one. No closet too, just hang your clothes on the wall.
The ”table” is just a small triangular shaped board at the window with a stool. can't be using it to place my laptop to work

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Harbour Hella Inn for 2 weeks and overall, it was a unique experience. The hotel offers a modern and compact concept that is both practical and comfortable, making it suitable for both short and extended stays.
One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeper. She was incredibly friendly and made sure I had fresh towels every day, which added a nice touch to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, I appreciated the thoughtful provision of house shoes—definitely a cozy bonus!
The amenities available in the pod were quite convenient. Having a microwave and an electric stove made it easy to prepare simple meals, which is especially helpful for longer stays. The view from the hotel was another highlight; it was truly stunning and contributed to a pleasant atmosphere.
However, I did encounter some issues during my stay. The customer service staff, while friendly, were slow to respond on WhatsApp, particularly during an unsettling incident involving a creepy man. It would have been reassuring to receive quicker assistance in that situation, as safety is a top priority for any guest.
In summary, the hotel offers a unique and enjoyable experience with excellent housekeeping and nice amenities. Just be prepared for potential delays in customer service responsiveness. I would recommend it for those looking for a budget-friendly option with a great view, but I hope the management addresses the customer service aspect for future guests.
