Beautiful lake front hotel and friendly staff. Lovely view from the balconies. Rooms are clean, well-appointed and spacious. Parking is very convenience. Highly recommended, will be back for sure .

This was honestly one of the best hotels we have stayed in , in years.
The staff were exceptional and could not do enough for me and my family. (Reception, Restaurant, Concierge, everyone),
The food is great and you almost don’t want to leave the hotel cos it’s just so perfect.
I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Zurich that does not want to be in the middle of the city. It’s only 10mins drive / train away.

The room is much larger than expected and even has a small kitchen. You can directly see the lake. When you check in, you also get a welcome drink so you can go to the bar to order most drinks. Breakfast is in the form of free ordering a dish plus buffet, and the large French windows of the restaurant next to the lake make people feel happy. Good service, friendly staff. The ALEX is stylish and the views of Lake Zurich are indescribably beautiful! When you enjoy the excellent food in the restaurant, you just feel like you have arrived. The spa is minimalist and definitely lacks a swimming pool! In any case, the staff tries very hard and is service-oriented and conveys an appreciation that is not fake.

Wonderful, quiet location right on the lake, small wellness area with direct access to swimming in the lake. The finest breakfast, buffet and a la carte for any egg dishes. Not to forget the excellent espresso and cappuccino. Rooms with a view of the lake and first-class parquet floors, as well as the service and friendliness of the employees were excellent. I highly recommend Alex Lake Zurich - scenic with an amazing staff. Our first time in Switzerland (live in New Jersey, USA). We stayed in the well-appointed Junior suite on the 6th floor with amazing views. Hurry up and book now before your preferred room is no longer available!

This is one of, if not the best hotels in Zurich. Fabulous service, location and beautiful hotel, with lots of natural materials. Absolutely loved it and would recommend above any of the other 5* hotels in Zurich if you want something understated yet with impeccable attention to detail and quality.

Very professional but service oriented staff . Thoughtfully laid out rooms , Excellent bar and restaurant . Little incentive to leave the piece and tranquility .
