Beautiful lake front hotel and friendly staff. Lovely view from the balconies. Rooms are clean, well-appointed and spacious. Parking is very convenience. Highly recommended, will be back for sure .

Checked in in September, booked 2 rooms, the fee has been paid on Ctrip, but I was deducted 2500 Swiss francs, no pre-authorization, but consumption deduction. When I arrived at the airport, I found that the bill was wrong, and reported it to Ctrip. The hotel lied many times, saying that it would be refunded at first, but it was not refunded after waiting for more than 20 days. Last time, I booked it in English on the hotel’s official website, so there was no problem. This time, I booked it on Ctrip. They are obviously bullying Chinese people. The room is much larger than expected and even has a small kitchen. You can directly see the lake. When you check in, you also get a welcome drink so you can go to the bar to order most drinks. Breakfast is in the form of free ordering a dish plus buffet, and the large French windows of the restaurant next to the lake make people feel happy. Good service, friendly staff. Probably one of the best hotels in Zurich.

The ALEX is stylish and the views of Lake Zurich are indescribably beautiful! When you enjoy the excellent food in the restaurant, you just feel like you have arrived. The spa is minimalist and definitely lacks a swimming pool! In any case, the staff tries very hard and is service-oriented and conveys an appreciation that is not fake.

In addition to choosing a little bit (17 minutes from the city by car), the room grade is average, everything else is good and clean, the restaurant is also good, it is quite big, and the scenery is good......

Wonderful, quiet location right on the lake, small wellness area with direct access to swimming in the lake. The finest breakfast, buffet and a la carte for any egg dishes. Not to forget the excellent espresso and cappuccino. Rooms with a view of the lake and first-class parquet floors, as well as the service and friendliness of the employees were excellent. Simply everything to enjoy.

Great hotel, very friendly staff.

Some of the best, friendliest service I have experienced anywhere including at a Four Seasons. The staff were wonderful and greeted us with tea and hot, scented towels upon arrival. We didn’t have a full lunch / dinner, but breakfast was amazing. The rooms were beautiful as was the property overall. Highly recommended.
