Cozy Inn is superb, can easily be reached by bus or by car. Plenty of parking spaces. Room is big and clean. Close to Aeon and Daiso. Walkable to the canal if you are not driving. Check in uses machine and strictly only after 3pm, so do not come early. Overall, I highly recommend!

First of all, the room was really clean, and the public space was also very clean and tidy. Secondly, the boss was so nice and the communication with him was very smooth. He has a WeChat account. After arriving at the hotel, I wanted to go to Tengu Mountain on a whim, and the boss drove me there. It was a great accommodation experience.

Other places raised their prices dramatically over the weekend, but this place had similar prices on weekdays and holidays, around 2650 yen. However, it's located halfway up a hill, so it can be tiring for people with suitcases or heavy luggage. It has Japanese-style tatami rooms, and the doors to the two rooms are very thin, offering virtually no soundproofing. The kitchen is fully equipped 👍, suitable for those who want to cook local ingredients. I only had one night and didn't have time to cook, just heated up supermarket food. Lights out is at 11 PM, which is good because you can go to bed early for better health, but the downside is that you don't have time to shower because there's only one shower room! There are separate toilets for men and women. I was woken up by the sunlight around 5 AM because the Japanese-style room had no curtains, and I could hear the man next door snoring, making it impossible to fall back asleep 🥲. The female staff were quite friendly. Regarding luggage storage, it's possible before check-in, but not after check-out. (For others' reference, some places allow luggage storage until 4 PM after check-out.)
