This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! The overall decor is stylish, with a unique and artistic design. Attention to detail is evident, and the environment is clean and tidy, making it very comfortable. The rooms have great natural light, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. It would be even better if the soundproofing could be improved! Whether for a short break or a relaxing vacation, it's perfect. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again!

The environment is great, very comfortable and cozy. The service from the hotel staff was excellent; they helped us book tickets at a great discount. The next day, it rained, and we decided not to go up the mountain. I thought their cancellation policy would be as flexible as ** (some other place/platform), but I didn't realize we had to cancel before 7:40 AM. However, the landlady went above and beyond to successfully help us get a refund, which was wonderful. The restaurant food is genuinely delicious, especially the fish and wild mushrooms. The soups were just okay, but the chicken dish in another section looked promising, something to try next time. The food is a major draw that would make me want to come back, and I hope they maintain the quality. The private hot tub in the room is too big; it took an hour for the faucet to fill it even halfway, and it's quite high, making it a bit unsafe to step into. Adding a step stool beside it would be much better. Also, it would be great if they offered more twin-bedded rooms instead of mostly king-sized beds, which is a minor drawback.

The butler was so considerate, even carrying our luggage from the parking lot to our room – no hassle at all. You can tell this is an established, luxury hotel with a good foundation. The decor and service are both excellent, and the hot springs are fantastic. The only minor drawback was the taste of the food at the Chinese restaurant downstairs. The air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective at cooling, but overall it was good. The hotel is nice. There are two roads to the mountain. The mountain road from Nuanshui Town is not easy to drive, but it is easier to drive from Rucheng. The hotel is next to the hot spring center. We booked a private bath room, which said that the pool water was brought up from the hot spring center. The room is large, the private bath is unlimited, and the accommodation experience is very good. The breakfast variety is a bit limited, and there is room for improvement.

The hot spring area specially provides a heating lounge area with ginger tea and snacks. The hotel is separated by a wall by the Yucheng Hot Spring Cultural Square, and the location is quite good! I don’t know if I have been abused too much by Guangdong’s hot spring hotels. The experience of this New Year’s Eve in Pucheng is very good.
