Hot Springs Hotels in Chuxiong

The front desk service was excellent. On the first day I arrived, they were considerate and showed me the room. I checked in only after I was satisfied. I knew I was bringing an elderly person with me, but I was worried that it would be inconvenient for the elderly to live in a duplex building. There are also free hot spring tickets, and it only takes 5 minutes to drive. It was a very satisfying accommodation experience. The hotel is 2.6 kilometers away from the Yi Ancient Town. The ancient town is very unique at night and I like it very much.

A very good stay experience. 1. The hotel is newly opened and very clean. The preliminary preparations and land reclamation were well done. 2. From the purchase of decoration materials, furniture and equipment, and the glass and ceramic products in the restaurant, it can be seen that the owner spent a lot of money to make this product. 3. From the front desk, restaurant to guest rooms and PA, SOP is implemented well. 4. The dinner buffet at the hotel, although the dishes are not very amazing, are affordable and clean.

看評價衹有一條，以為是剛開不久，所以沒有太多評論做參考。體驗感如下！導航到酒店，全部停着旅遊大巴車，沒有保安指引私家車停哪，一般酒店門口的坡，都可以直接把車開到酒店門口方便上下客，可是該酒店沒有，並且把通往酒店門口的通道立個牌子擋住，衹好往前開，繞到酒店後面停車，停車場是露天的，剛好住了兩天都是夜裡下雨，早上去開車，車上全是積水。入住第一天晚上，沒有洗澡，半夜5點，浴室的蓮蓬裏的積水漏出來，一直滴，吵得人沒法睡，接着就是樓道里的雜音，打電話給前台，保安上來説是對應的樓下是廚房，這是廚房風機的聲音，然後就這麼水靈靈的玩手機從5點多一直到7點，7點去吃早餐回來，樓下就一直在施工，週末還施工！一直到11點我離開酒店去辦事，都一直噹噹噹的。本來要換酒店的，長者説酒店乾淨，不願換。衹好續住一天。温泉是露天的，在酒店門口，由於下雨，太冷了，就沒有泡温泉。服務各方面挺好。就是規劃不太理想，第一天晚上辦事回酒店，剛好遇到旅遊車下客，全部是密碼箱橫在路中間，按喇叭示意，人家裝沒聽見，橫在路中間聊天。早上7點到8點時段，餐廳全是旅行團的人用餐，餐廳全是密碼箱把過道給堵住。有些人拿餐品不用夾子直接用手，更有甚者，一邊吃着麪條，一邊用吃過麪條的筷子去夾橙子，給我噁心的直接不吃了。衞生間沒有出風口，沒有換氣的地方，頂部就一個照明燈，洗澡的時候洗一會就得開門換一下氣，不然太悶了。衞生間沒有掛東西的地方，自己的洗漱用品衹能放地上，地板特別滑，水超級燙，如果調向冷水這邊，水壓就小，洗澡時間更久更悶。酒店後面是山，也有工施工。
