Was left to drag my suitcases out the door with a wonderful old lady trying to help me. Of course I could not allow her to lift the heavy bags. The customer service was excellent. We didn’t expect to get a really big room and it comes with breakfast and dinner buffet which to be honest was some of the best I’ve had in Japan. I can’t wait to go back. Cleanliness could definitely be improved though but nothing too crazy to be turned off with.
