Hot Spring Hotels in Kutchan

I spent a pleasant end of the year in Chalet Ivy Weiss, everything was fine, the bed and meals were good, the hot springs were comfortable, my staff was also very enthusiastic, and I also helped to set the car to arrive and leave the hotel. I will stay in skiing next time.

I love this place so much. The scenery is so beautiful that I don't want to leave. Hahaha. The room is very, very big. It's not easy to stay here. There are big floor-to-ceiling windows and snow outside. There are hot springs, washing machines and floor heating in the house. The configuration is quite complete. We ordered a dinner package and we chose Western style. The dishes were exquisite and the portions were quite large. I especially want to thank the driver who came to Hirafu to pick us up because we made a mistake and asked him to drive to Hilton. The driver who took us to the JR point in Kujian also helped to carry the suitcases. He was very considerate. The service staff here are very enthusiastic ❤️

This is a very convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. There was also plenty of storage in the closets. What we were especially satisfied with was the service, particularly from a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk. He was very patient in answering our questions and providing assistance, giving us a wonderful first experience in Niseko. Grateful for the encounter!

很好的酒店 無論是服務，硬件，配件都是一流的 入住時前台會提供一個WhatsApp電話 方便客人入住期間的所有安排，包括安排車接送，更換毛巾，預約清潔等等。 我們訂的是三房間隔的房間，配有三個廁所，家人們早上都不用排隊，房間對正羊蹄山，拍照超好看。 早餐中規中矩，沒有太驚喜的，已經包括在房價內，沒有太多要求，如果對早餐有要求的可以自己買材料回酒店煮。 唯一比較遜色的，就是廚房設備，沒有火鍋的設備，但是微波爐及蒸焗爐是Miele的，很好用很方便，看得出酒店的管理團隊很愿意花钱在硬件上。 最值得稱讚的就是服務，由於酒店距離雪場相對比較遠，每次叫車來回雪場接送都很方便，只需要提前5至10分鐘通知就可以。 下次再來二世古也必定會再住的酒店 Thanks intuition team again🥰
