The Roseate Reading has 23 well-appointed rooms in the main hotel and 32 rooms and suites in the newly built and furnished House. All rooms and suites in the House have direct access to Aheli Spa - the gym and Roasted by Roseate - the in house patisserie and boulangerie. Every en-suite bedroom has a perfect amalgamation of art - sound - light - comfort and is equipped with Penhaligons amenities and a Nespresso coffee machine. This blend of luxury and fervour permeates throughout the hotel.
Nestled within The Roseate Reading hotel - The Reading Room Restaurant and Bar is a stylish - contemporary space with warm mood lighting and a very charming ambiance. Located in the heart of Reading - its convenient and easily accessible location makes it one of the top spots for dining and cocktails in town.

The location is in the center of Reading, very close to the train station, convenient for travel. The room is in another building and there are staff to help with luggage. The room is nice with a balcony. The hotel restaurant food is also OK. I went late on the day of check-in and only some dishes were available. The wine was good. The hotel made a mistake in the bill when checking out and charged me an extra fee. I negotiated with the platform and got it refunded. Overall I feel satisfied.

We reserved a 5-day period, including Christmas, because we were looking for a comfortable and quiet place.
They first placed us in the 6th tower in the apartment 6B, but it was extremely noisy.
The apartment is wide, was well clean and the team seems to be well professional, there is also a safety that is staying in the parking, but this detail with the floor and acoustics left unwanted.
They moved us upstairs, 6C, to try to threaten the noise problem, but when other guests entered 6B, it was possible to hear TV, conversation, floor, everything!
So if you are someone who needs quiet and a little silence to work, find another place.
P-S: TV is not smart and almost no channel options, the washing machine wasn't working.
I think that for £100 a day, they could improve these aspects!
This magnificent Grade II listed Building was said to be opened first by literary genius Charles Dickens. It is a 19th-century building with a beautiful façade and amazing architectural detail, offering food, drinks and stay to its visitors.
1843 is a fusion of the old and new offering a social space where you can make lifetime memories with friends, families, and colleagues.

Once the house has been moved in, no one will clean it anymore. I throw rubbish into the trash can turning downstairs. The environment is good. The door is a small tributary of the Thames. The kitchen can cook by myself. It's not too small about 35 square meters. It's just me. No one changed the sheets after staying for more than ten days. It's more like a short-term rental house.
