Hello Telemak... I wanted to say thank you for the effort you made to improve... but there was no improvement because it was a big mess for me and when I compare it to last year, I can say that you failed in the selection because everything was terrible... and Just a tip, we come back for the hostel yes...but for the people in it...this means a flaw in this hostel is that you cannot keep the people that work there...at least I found my favorite waiter who works in the second room at morning...it's just advice because the hostel is good, but it's a big shame that you can't keep your customers...this makes you lose loyal clients as well....cause we back for that nice teams and the people we knows and when I come i find it like I go to another hotel....and I have something to say it whats going on that I can't rest one without someone come and ask me for go out or contact it's annoying. The cleaning was absolutely fine, the cleaner was very nice and helpful. The front desk staff were helpful as well. I'm not satisfied with the service at the pool bar. One waiter in particular was very unfriendly. Unfortunately I don't remember his name. But I know, he was here last year too. The animation team was great, especially Saif and Ali.
