We booked out stay with friends for the Carolina Hurricanes Game. Great location, close enough to the arena but also surrounded by many great restaurants. The hotel had a nice bar, that stayed open pretty late after we got back from the game. we will be going back if the price is right for our next hockey game. The service and cleanliness was great.

The staff was lovely. However, the room had weird dents and markings on the walls and doors. It also felt old, so this property could use a refresher.

It would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby, without needing to sit in the restaurant and wait for service. As a constant traveler, I’d like to grab a coffee to go when I come out of the elevator, get in my car and leave. Coffee was simply not available unless I could take 15–20 minutes to wait around in the restaurant.

Super comfy beds.
Very nice staff at check in and at restaurant.
Meals ordered were delivered quickly and the lobby bar was full but the bartenders were very responsive and alert to everyone who needed glasses filled.

As a travel veteran, this was a good solid stay. If I had my druthers, and since I see free coffee more and more around the country in hotel lobbies, I’d like to see them just do the same.

Area is ok, in the fridge no 1 bottles of water for take my machine, for 2 people 2 cream 2 sugar was there for 2 days, this is no good, 2 nd day room no one cleans
