Communication was very good, An Tong Hot Spring Hotel kept us informed and the staff were very friendly. We booked 3 rooms. Unfortunately the double bed room we had was tiny, the twin room was a reasonable size and the triple bedroom was also a very good size. However every room smelled horrible, the water from the shower smelled like sewage.

The public soup pool in the hotel is very good. If it is inconvenient to enter the pool, you can also choose the foot bath. This time I feel that the hotel staff are as friendly as possible. The bathroom in the room should have been renovated and it is cleaner than a year ago. It's a pity that the room type we stayed in was smaller this time!

一開始不知道自己訂了雙人房，但房型是無獨立泡湯的在房間，不過覺得也是一種錯誤的美麗，因為房間沒有泡湯的也好，比較不會有濕氣，戶外的公共設施我覺得很棒 也很舒服😌 霧氣蒸汽超強很棒，溫泉有好幾窟，到哪都能泡，很棒真的很棒。而且好多外國人都來泡湯 ↖(^ω^)↗ 已經規劃 下次再來的行程了

第一次透過trip.com訂房，搜尋時設定2大1小，並填寫了孩子的年紀。抵達現場check in時，櫃檯告知6歲孩子需要加費（但是預定時系統並未顯示小孩需要加費部分。確認訂單後因為也沒有顯示孩子的部分，也無法向飯店爭取不加費，如果有這部分問題請多留意，建議截圖預定當時畫面。
飯店的水質依舊不錯，水龍頭也是溫泉水，如果不習慣的話可以使用飯店提供或自備礦泉水。但是廁所的抽風機很大聲、冷氣的位置在廁所外上方直吹床，夜晚真的不太好睡⋯
