We can early check in without any add charge. Bath and toilet were very clean. Although room was little bit old, location and price were very good. Thx a lot.

Walking distance from hualian train station. The outlook of building is old but the interior was refurbished. Very good cleanliness and even have an electric bidet toilet at this pricing👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It was clean and the washlet was great. They also provided toothbrushes as a service, but they will no longer be available at the end of 2024. I checked in at 10:30 p.m., but the staff were very accommodating. Although it is close to the station and unmanned early in the morning, I would recommend it if you are traveling based in Hualien.

The hotel is located in the city, with a very good surrounding. There is a 24-hour 7-11 store, a spicy hot pot restaurant in 6 doors opposite, and a tea shop next to it. Although I didn't have breakfast in the hotel, there is a traditional ********* breakfast shop next door, which is very delicious. I ordered a squid burger and iced soy milk for breakfast. The friendly service of the store is touching. Hualien is a good place.

The room size is quite different from what is described on the website. After informing the front desk, they actually said that guests should make a note to have floor-to-ceiling windows... I guess the important thing is windows and space! How would consumers know the difference in room types before they move in? They clearly booked a superior room but the difference is so huge. This is not only deceiving consumers, but also doing business in a very dishonest way. Moreover, it was clearly written that smoking is prohibited indoors, but the room was full of cigarette smell for two days. It is basically for guests to be locked in a closed room and breathe second-hand smoke. My family smoked all the second-hand smoke they smoke in this hotel for a year. We reported it to the front desk but there was no use and no improvement. I don't recommend it.

Booked a room for 2 people and got an upgrade to a room for 3 people. The room looked new and very clean. The bed and pillows were hard and easy to sleep on. The bathroom was separated from dry and wet areas. Everything was good, great value for money, very close to the train station, just walking distance. I would like to stay here again next time I come to Hualien. It would be better if breakfast is provided.
