Gorgeous hotel room. I greatly enjoyed the breakfasts and dinner. Didn’t get to try the spa but I loved my room so much I’d say it was the best hotel I visited during my trip to China. Great access to the South Gate cable car station.

Nice hotel, but quite expensive without much else to do but Huangshan (which is fantastic). Spa was very expensive as well, and the layout was a bit confusing. The balcony we paid extra for had rotting wood that was partially falling apart, shower also had pieces that fell off when we turned the water on. The staff was very helpful with organizing our trip up and down the mountain.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. It is located next to the ropeway and has easy access to one part of the mountains.
The food however is not so great. Specially, lunch and dinner are mediocre at its best. There is not many choices of food in nearby area either. Also, there is no room service.
The staff at the front desk is very polite and very helpful.
If you have a multiple day stay and you want to go other places for sight seeing then it will be best to change your hotel to nearby places you want to go. Traveling to and from the hotel is a hassle. Taxis are not allowed from the town to the hotel and public busses has some procedures that may be difficult to follow if you don't speak Chinese.

They provide a very good hospitality. Tea time with local snacks were provided and they even upgraded the room for us since it was a low peak season. It has a walkable distance to the cable car station, therefore we can be the first batch for the queue.

Amazing place in the middle of the mountain! The best service and nice personnel. Relaxing hot springs and exquisite food. Comfortable and clean rooms. Highly recommend to everyone!

The hotel is located in the mountain and can only be accessed by bus or the hotel shuttle. It is a good option if you’re planning to descend via Yungu cableway. They have hot springs onsite. Food is just ok. The staff is very helpful.

The whole experience in the Huangshan mountains and this hotel was amazing!
A hotel in a traditional Chinese style building, with a beautiful room, tasty breakfast and access to SPA after long day in the mountains.
And the fact the hotel is near a cable car, we used this opportunity to explore the scenic and picturesque mountain tops. Even though we came in the peak season, the hotel provided the serenity and peaceful atmosphere, that was not always possible to experience in the mountains, as there were a lot of people there.

The hotel for upgraded our room to King Room. The room was huge! It has a separate toilet and shower. Beautiful interior from the moment you walk in. Also the facilities are amazing. From pick up and drop off service to/from Tangkouzen, to the ever comforting outdoor and indoor hot pool. It is also very close to Yungu cable car. I rarely post review, but this is one of the best accommodation i’ve stayed in china.
