Overall the hotel was ok, biggest problem was that the train made a really loud noise also in the night. The bathroom in the room was not in a good shape, and you could feel the mold, but in other parts the room was nice and spacious. Also the hotel feeled a little bit eerie, many services were closed for example there was no pool and some areas in hotel were totally closed from accessing. It feeled that after pandemic the hotel has not recovered to it's full shape to the times it was opened in 2017.

Stayed in room 2111 for 2 days. The room was large, clean and tidy. The hotel service was very good, especially the beautiful lady Xiao Gao at the front desk. She was patient, meticulous, amiable and friendly. I praise and thank her. This is a very good hotel in Tunxi and I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel has been open for quite a while, but the facilities are well maintained and the rooms are large and comfortable. When checking in, the front desk staff were very polite and professional, especially Lisa, who was thoughtful and considerate, and spoke with a great sense of propriety, making people feel at home. The breakfast was also good, and I hope to see her again next time.

The price I booked on Gaode was low, but there was no room available. The price I booked on Ctrip was high, but there was room available. There was constant noise from train whistles, vehicles, and the noise from the neighbors. The king-size bed was just two mattresses put together. There was not even a disposable cup.

After a day of climbing Huangshan, I checked in at 6:30 pm and had dinner directly. It was very convenient. After dinner, you can take a Didi to Tunxi Old Street for 6 yuan. I booked a special premium king-size bed room, imagining that the actual room I stayed in would also have such a lush mountain view as in the picture... I was given another room on the grounds that the room hygiene had not been completed. I said I could wait, I had plenty of time! But in exchange, I still got another room, under the name of: upgraded to deluxe king-size bed room 907 (the king-size bed is actually two beds put together). There was a gap of nearly 1 cm between the door and the door frame, and the lights in the room or corridor could be seen from the door gap. Later I learned that the hotel consists of two buildings, and the special premium king-size bed room with a mountain view is generally on the side of the back building facing the mountain. Since it is now in the low season, the back building is closed! Environment: Actually it is quite good. The driveway in front of the lobby is constantly flowing with cars during the morning rush hour. It must be the main road. It is just close to Huangshan Railway Station. When sleeping at night, you can occasionally hear the sound of train whistles. Other than that, it is quite quiet. Hygiene: There are some old marks on the sofa and pillows, but it is clean otherwise.
