Отель удобно расположен вблизи главных достопримечательностей и хороших кафе, но главное его достоинство - это очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Администратор хорошо говорит по-английски, она забронировала нам отличный тур по Хюэ, заказала билеты на автобус до Фонгня и помогла с решением некоторых других проблем, за что ей огромное спасибо. Номера довольно старые и не особо комфортные, но отель имеет низкую цену относительно других объектов в Хюэ, поэтому в целом у нас не было претензий.

The whole town was flooded with boats going down the Main Street. The hotel staff did all they possibly could do to help. Amazing staff!

Tôi có chuyến công tác gần 20 ngày vào tháng 10/2022 và ở tại Canary Hotel Hue. Tôi xin chia sẻ một số cảm nhận của mình như sau: - Khách sạn cách khu phố tây 300m nên rất thuận tiện cho đi lại. Có thể đi bộ qua khu vực phố Tây. Khách sạn có cho thuê xe máy, hỗ trợ gọi taxi, xích lô theo yêu cầu. - Có cửa hàng tiện lợi Winmart+ cách khách sạn 30m rất thuận lợi cho các bạn mua đồ. Ngoài ra có các cửa hàng ăn uống rất đa dạng, đối diện có quầy hàng lưu niệm. - Khách sạn có khoảng 20-25 phòng. Có phòng view nhìn ra sông Hương rất đẹp, phòng ốc được trang trí theo tiêu chuẩn khách sạn, phòng sạch đẹp và được vệ sinh hàng ngày. - Khách sạn có nhà hàng trên tầng 7. Nếu muốn sử dụng dịch vụ ăn uống hãy nói với lễ tân. - Lễ tân nhiệt tình, chu đáo. Luôn sẵn sàng đáp ứng các yêu cầu của khách hàng trong phạm vi khách sạn có thể giải quyết được. Nói chung bạn cần gì cứ liên hệ lễ tân, họ sẽ hỗ trợ hết sức có thể. - Chủ khách sạn nhiệt tình, dễ mến. - Khách sạn có hỗ trợ xuất hoá đơn điện tử cho khách hàng (VAT invoice). - Trong chuyến đi này ở tại Huế đã bị ảnh hưởng bởi bão số 6 và bị ngập lụt khoảng 2 ngày. Trong 2 ngày ngập lụt không thể ra khỏi khách sạn, phía bên phục vụ của khách sạn đã chủ động mua đồ ăn cho khách để tránh việc khách bị đói khi ở khách sạn nhưng không thể ra ngoài. Tôi đánh giá rất cao sự chủ động và quan tâm đến khách hàng của khách sạn! Cuối cùng, theo cảm nhận cá nhân của tôi thì Canary Hotel Hue là một khách sạn đáng để nghỉ ngơi trong những ngày đến Huế. Nếu có dịp quay trở lại, tôi sẽ lưu trú ở khách sạn này.
