First time staying here, and the family room was quite spacious. Having two beds is exactly what's needed for a family room these days. The staff also kindly brought the bed rails to our room in advance, as requested in our notes, which was great. The view was lovely, overlooking Longsheng Bridge and E'qiao Bridge. Plus, it's super convenient having direct access to Kaisa Plaza from the ground floor – no need to even leave the hotel to start shopping!
