I needed to be in a few meetings in Oslo and had to fly in and fly out so the airport location was perfect and the reliable train connection to get to the city from the airport. Its a convenient short walk from the terminal. You can take your trolley if you wish. My most memorable feature was the large, outsized fitness center. A lot of airline staff seem to stay here. Hotel also gave the flexibility to extend my stay (paying) by half day. I needed to do a few meetings late in the afternoon before my flight and it was not something I wanted to do from the airport.

After arriving at the airport, wait for the shuttle bus at platform 40, 70 kronor per person, which is quite expensive, and 140 for a round trip. If this cost is included, it may be better to stay in a hotel that does not require a bus. The average departure time is 10 minutes. You can book a portable breakfast for the early flight. It is very good. The bus is very punctual and it is convenient to go to the airport. The hotel facilities are good.
