Nice stuff nice place and good for relax and enjoy the time front the sea

Let me first talk about the three points I like: 1. The hotel has performances, which are both entertaining and artistic 2. It has its own private beach. Where the beach extends, the sea water changes to different colors, and you can see jellyfish 🪼 and tropical fish 🐠 plus corals 🪸 3. All-inclusive food and wine are provided, so those who understand will understand. Three points that I am not satisfied with: 1. Kempinski and Hilton have no rooms at all, so I booked a second choice, the price is about 1800 per night, but the bedding is pilling, and the facilities are a bit retro! 2. The hotel staff sent the luggage to the room and gave 20 Egyptian pounds, with a look of disdain and dissatisfaction 3. When checking out, they forced me to give a good review, and the food was highly homogenized. After eating for 2 days, I only ate seafood.

The hotel is large, clean and tidy, and has a swimming pool, beach, bars and restaurants. The hotel service staff was also okay, and I didn't feel any discrimination against Asians. Although the decoration of the room is a bit old, it is generally well maintained and the TV is considered a new model. You can eat in the restaurants of the two hotels, Alpha and Alma, but you must make a reservation at least one day in advance. The buffet seems to have a lot of choices, but not many delicious ones 😂 For Chinese people, they all taste pretty average.

Everything is good. When you stay, you need to tell the front desk that you need to eat at the seaside restaurant, otherwise you can't get in without a purple wristband! The food there is the best!

The hotel service is not good. I called for check-out and waited for more than half an hour but no one came. I called twice and they said they would come but they still didn't come. I was arranged to stay on the 3rd floor, which only has stairs. The suitcases are too heavy to move. If there is an elevator, I would take it back myself. And there is an uphill slope in the hotel. This is not convenient to handle by myself. The room I was given is also the edge of the pool view room. The wind is very strong. The hotel next door is empty and has no shelter. The waiters on the platform outside the hotel are very good at serving white people. We sat down and no one came to give us knives and forks for a long time. The plates were collected very quickly. The knives and forks were taken away without asking. What if we want to eat something else? We have to ask them for knives and forks again. The same goes for going to the swimming pool. They respond immediately to what the white people say, and I say something. He responds and walks away. He doesn't care about my needs at all. The beach facilities are terrible! I have never seen such a bad one, just a row of beach chairs. It's so ugly. I called for a car to check out for a long time, but I still had to move it down by myself. It's really terrible. The only thing wrong with the restaurant was the two chefs who made the food outside the restaurant were very nice.

I am an i person and I became an e person here. I dance with people from different countries. No one cares how you dance. Everyone is so happy. This kind of relaxation is not available in China. I really don’t want to leave. Because the room is on the first floor, it is a bit damp and some quilt covers and sheets have pilled. The facilities are not very new. I suggest that you book a higher-priced room type. It is not much more expensive. My friend booked a room a little more expensive than me. It is on the second floor. The view is good and it is not so damp. In short, I am very satisfied and don’t want to leave. I will be sad for several days after returning.😭

There are buffet meals three times a day. The food is very rich and very good.

The hotel is old, the air conditioner in the room is noisy, the bed sheet fabric is OK, but there are no flaws like in the elevator. Even if there are staff, you have to move it yourself. Also, it is a rip-off to take a taxi. The hotel staff have their own black cars, but the price is several times higher. If you don't take their black car, they will not let the car you called online enter the hotel gate.

The location is excellent, the meals are delicious, and the programs are rich, so you can fully experience the charm of the Red Sea.

The room was very beautiful and the manager upgraded the room type for us free of charge. This hotel is really worth recommending because 3 meals are all-inclusive and the food is very rich. We were given a fine dining restaurant experience late on Valentine's Day. Overall it was great 👍 Come back next time!
