A huge thank you to the charming staff member who picked me up at the airport when my flight was delayed & I couldn’t get a taxi. Over and above the call of duty! The room was clean & comfortable, breakfast was excellent- I can highly recommend this hotel

Rather tired property that needs some care and attention, but all the necessary facilities are there. Rooms are basic but have everything you need for an overnight or short stay. There is a restaurant in the evenings but only during the week, so cannot comment on that. Breakfast was very good and they bought in a special gluten free loaf of bread for me, which was very thoughtful. Very close to Lourdes so ideal place to stay for a visit there.

Teníamos un cheque hotel de Wonderwox para una noche de hotel + desayuno. No nos pusieron pegas para canjearlo y el recepcionista fue muy amable y eficaz. La habitación estaba muy limpia y me gustó mucho el detalle de los dos tipos de almohada por persona. Sitio muy silencioso y tranquilo por la noche, con aparcamiento gratuito en el mismo hotel. El desayuno tipo buffet y abundante. Si volvemos por la zona repetiremos seguro.

Caos en el desayuno, falta personal atendiendo el comedor. Se acaban platos, cubiertos, café y no lo reponen. Buffet de cena y de desayuno muy escaso y casi frío. No disponen de leche para intolerantes a la lactosa. Habitaciones pequeñas, cómo es habitual en Francia.

Hôtel moyen.
Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant. Une superbe vue sur les Pyrénées, literie et petit dej correctes.
Ancien campanile transformé en kyriad qui mérite un rafraichissement, sol, mobilier, simple vitrage, manque de WiFi, électricité ( j'ai du travailler dans la sdb, dans la chambre une prise coudée ne passe pas dans la prise du bureau et pas de prise à proximité du lit, j'ai du brancher ma machine dodo dans la sdb)
