"Good hotel for transit. Overall quite clean. Room is spacious too. Location is quite great, 2 MRT stations from airport plus 8 minutes walk. Staffs can communicate in English. They offered boxed breakfast and taxi booking with NTD 200 fixed rate. One downside, there was a unique smell in the hallway and inside the room, probably from the carpet.. They also don’t provide amenities as regulated by ****** ****."

"A Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities – But Beware the Mosquitoes We stayed at this relatively new hotel and were impressed with its modern facilities. One of the highlights for us was the 24/7 business centre, which offers complimentary refreshments like soft drinks, tea, chips, and crackers. My son absolutely loved it—it felt like our own little secret spot to unwind after a long day exploring. The location is excellent. There’s a supermarket right across the street and a mall next door with plenty of dining options, a cinema, and more. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle bus service that connects to the HSR station for easy access to Taipei. The included breakfast was quite good, and since there aren’t many nearby breakfast options, it was definitely a plus. The staff were generally friendly—maybe not quite at a five-star level, but still pleasant and helpful overall. However, the major downside was the mosquito problem. When we checked into our room, we found more than 20 mosquitoes in the room, and they were also present in common areas like the lobby, restaurant, hallways, and business centre. Unfortunately, my son, who is allergic to mosquito bites, was bitten and had a very painful reaction. This was a big disappointment, especially since we weren’t expecting such an issue indoors. We stayed from late May to early June, so perhaps it was seasonal—but we do feel the hotel should take more proactive measures, especially housekeeping, to address this. Despite the mosquito issue, I would still recommend this hotel for a stay in Taoyuan, especially for its location and overall value—just be sure to pack insect repellent if you're visiting during mosquito season!"

"It was a great experience to stay in this hotel. The location is good, as it is near to the outlet parks and the shopping area. The room is very clean and has a lot of space for me to place my stuff. As for the bathroom, the water heater might be a bit difficult to control the temperature, but the ventilation is good, and the toilet has an automatic flush as well. The hotel also provides all the necessary amenities and also some snacks. As for the hotel services, their breakfast is great, I have a lot of options, and I don't feel bored even though I stayed there for 10 nights. Lastly, they also provide self-service laundry with the dryer, which is very good for people like me who have stayed there for more than a week. Overall, I enjoy my stay at this hotel, and I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future if I had a chance."

"We booked a double queen room for our family of four. It was spacious, featuring a bay window seating area complete with a small round table and a lounge chair. The bathroom was also generously sized, with a large mirror and ample counter space. Its layout was well-designed for practical use, it was well-ventilated, and the hot/cold water pressure was stable. It even had a bathtub. The bedding was good, though each person only had one pillow, which was a little too soft and flat. The hotel's buffet breakfast was very much to my liking, with a good variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The night market is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk away, but travelers planning to visit should definitely check its operating days."

"I stayed with my two children. Our room had two double beds; one was quite soft, and the other had average firmness. The centralized air conditioning was fixed at about 23 degrees Celsius and couldn't be adjusted, making the room rather chilly. Fortunately, thick duvets were provided. We didn't encounter any mosquitoes, likely due to the cooler temperature. While bedside lamps were present, the overall room lighting wasn't very bright. Soundproofing was an issue; we could easily hear hallway conversations late at night. The bathroom was very spacious. Both hot and cold water were readily available, and the drain functioned perfectly without any clogs. A variety of dining options are available within a 5-minute walk. Zhongli Train Station and the long-distance bus terminal are also conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away."

"I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency one to two metro stations away from Taiyuan international airport and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and attention to detail. There’s a shuttle bus to the hotel but I chose to take the metro. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Small touches like the attendant pressing the lift button for me showed their dedication to guest comfort. As a family traveler, I was pleasantly surprised when they proactively provided an extra bed without me even requesting it—such thoughtful service! The express check-out was seamless, and the shuttle bus to the airport made my departure stress-free. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. This hotel truly understands hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and top-notch service. Will stay here again!"

"Hotel is near to Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. Just 10 minutes walking distance. I like their well-equiped sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The gym only has 2 step machine and treadmill. There is no swimming pool. I suggest to add cycling machine and muscle building machine. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. In the hotel, there are many water dispenser machines available. There are coin laundry machines for washing and dryer which makes it convenience."

"All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. They always go the extra miles to my request and enquiry. Room is very spacious. The location is always fantastic, lots of eatery and very accessible both buses and trains. Very pleasant stay and will definitely come back again if I visit Zhongli again."
