"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for convenience and great service. The location is excellent—right next to the Fira central bus station, which makes it the perfect hub for exploring all parts of Santorini. Just a short walk away, there’s a lively street full of food stalls and local snacks. Although the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, they are very accommodating. I informed them in advance about my late-night arrival due to a delayed flight, and a staff member kindly stayed up to wait for me until 1:00 AM. The hotel provides a secure main entrance with a passcode lock, so even if you return late at night when the reception is closed, you can still enter easily and safely. Upon check-in, I received a detailed welcome card that explained everything I needed to know about the stay, including the Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours, and checkout instructions. The self-serve breakfast was simple but just right for me—served in a clean and comfortable dining area. What really stood out was the staff. No matter who was on duty, they were always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Their kindness made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, considering the comfort, location, and service, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again."

"The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good.."

"The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable."

"The location of the hotel is very convenient, as you walk out onto the main street. The service in the hotel is very good. Although the swimming pool is not big, it looks beautiful (I didn't have time to enjoy it). The breakfast is also good. However, the hotel room is average. There is a large mirror directly opposite the bed, which is a bit strange. The wash basin in the toilet is very small, smaller than that in Hong Kong, only as big as a palm 😂 This is something I didn't expect. The so-called rooms with balconies are public spaces outside. Our room just faced the public corridor. Without the curtains, you would be able to see the room whenever you enter and leave the hotel. If you want privacy, don’t book it."

"Santorini is a well and truly beautiful. Every corner you turn is another picturesque spot. No wonder people call it an Instagram island. Our experience with Hom started before we got there. We emailed the hotel numerous times prior to our arrival, they were helpful and efficient. Credits go to Faye and Mariza. The location of Hom is only minutes walk away from the main strand in Oia. Close enough to all the actions but yet it’s so quiet and secluded. There are only 13 rooms, adults only. Throughout our 5 days there, we have hardly seen anybody else. The swimming pool is stunning, what a way to enjoy the view by perching on the edge of the pool with a cold drink served by the friendly staff, Fabio, Chris and their team. We had a cave suit with a hot tub. It’s fresh, clean, modern and spacious. Bed was a bit too low and soft to my liking but overall quality was good. It might be trivial but the quality of the sun lounges was excellent. Hom is a beautiful place, we would love to return one day."

"I was very surprised and satisfied with this suite. Each room faces the Aegean Sea. Every morning, I have breakfast facing the Aegean Sea right outside my room. The food is excellent. All the staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Most of the tourists are from Europe and America. The hotel offers the most beautiful sunset views. I will come again next year."

"Great location, Imerovigli is the best area to stay in in Santorini - has the best food REALLY. Fira has a lot of tourists and Oia is overrated and pretentious! The rooms are big and clean, breakfast was good and service is great! We got the one with jacuzzi just wish the water was warm because it can be super cold when it’s windy/ at night time. Overall highly recommend!"

"Location : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere. Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed. Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel. Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you. Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )"

"Perfect location, fantastic hotel. 100% recommend it, highlight of our 3 country honeymoon vacation . Would recommend booking rooms that are not on the pool floor level , it can get noisy especially at night, needed ear plugs . Fantastic breakfast. Beautiful views. Good WiFi connection."
