"The hotel is situated in a residential area, so it was relatively quiet. It's also conveniently located not too far from Hejie Street. I received a room upgrade using my Ctrip points, though the front desk didn't inform me of this proactively. Upon entering the room, there was a faint, noticeable smell. Fortunately, they offered late-night snacks, which was ideal as I hadn't eaten dinner."

"This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends."

"The decor of the hotel was really lovely. It was in the traditional Chinese style. Especially impressive were the natural floral displays in the public areas. The breakfast room was very stunning with its plethora of ceiling lanterns. The executive room we stayed in was spacious and well equipped. "This Orange Hotel just opened about a week ago, so it's very new, and the overall service is excellent! Since it's not yet on HUAZHU (hotel management system), item delivery was a bit inconvenient. I asked for some paper cups, and they were actually delivered in a sealed bag – that attention to detail really impressed me! Definitely deserves a big thumbs up! Other hotels should really learn from this! Also, I hope they can consider the office needs of business travelers; the current desks and chairs are quite unsuitable."

"The front desk service was efficient and warm. When I checked in, I took the initiative to hand in warm flower tea. I also recommended the breakfast category and surrounding attractions according to my itinerary. Even the use of the intelligent control system in the room was patiently explained. The rooms are full of surprises, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the night view of the city, the wooden color and the high-grade gray decoration are low-key luxury, and the various scenario modes of lighting are super intimate. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, the high number of Egyptian cotton bedding is silky and skin-friendly, and the pillows are optional, which makes me sleep peacefully for a long time. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the rainforest shower water pressure is stable, the international niche brand's bath accessories are high-end, and even the towels and bathrobes are thick and soft."

I stayed at Ji Hotel while visiting family, and I was impressed by everything. The hotel was so clean, the design was modern yet with a traditional touch, the hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling and made sure all of our needs were met, and the cleaning lady was so nice and always made sure we had lots of water in the room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local flavors and the best coffee we had in China. The view from the hotel is amazing and we sometimes just hangout in the room to enjoy the view. We had such a good stay and will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this hotel. We even get to play the hot springs as well. I love how it includes the grow spring ticket as well as the buffet breakfast. My baby girl enjoyed the hot spring as well. This is also my first time to try a hot spring! This hotel will leave a lasting impression. We will always gladly comeback here. My husband also enjoyed the hotel service and the hot spring tried the gym, I love how the hotel has a lot of functions and many activities to choose from. 😍😍😍
