"The executive benefits here are an absolute joke! I bought a hotel package voucher, and specifically called ahead before booking to ask if I could pay extra to upgrade to an executive floor and get a late checkout until 4 PM. I only booked after getting confirmation. I even switched to this InterContinental for the last day of my trip, partly because I had such a great experience at another InterContinental in a provincial capital, so I trusted the brand. However, when I went to the front desk today to confirm my checkout time before heading out, I said I wanted to check out at 3 PM, and they told me no, the latest was 2 PM. They even pulled out a little card to show me the phrase ”subject to availability.” They didn't mention any big events or a sudden surge in tourism these past two days; otherwise, how tight could room availability be on a Monday/Tuesday right after summer vacation? The executive lounge was also incredibly disappointing. With service like this, the hotel still has the audacity to chase after 5-star reviews after checkout. They took every penny they were due, but I never saw a butler, and my requests were directly rejected, with implications that my requests were unreasonable. It's like I'm just a fool who paid extra for a room on a higher floor. P.S. The 2 stars for service are for housekeeping; otherwise, I wouldn't even give one."

The hotel environment is excellent, and it's very close to the airport. But the soundproofing on the windows is incredibly good, making it super quiet!
The room facilities are fantastic. There's a heating panel near the washbasin which I used to hang my wet clothes, and they dried so quickly – it was amazing! I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I've ever seen such a device!
The airport drop-off service was exceptionally good, and they even provided breakfast for the journey. A big thank you to the ladies at the front desk."

"Honestly, their service is truly exceptional. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, and the pick-up was super fast! I've had so many layovers and usually, airport hotels take at least 20 minutes for a pick-up. But with them, someone contacted me quickly after I called, and within 10 minutes, they were there to get me. The service was also incredibly thoughtful. I was traveling alone with three suitcases, and a sweet young lady helped me carry them all the way to my room. She even told me to call the front desk the next morning for help with my luggage when I left. To be honest, I felt a little embarrassed to trouble them, but when it was time for my departure, the staff was already at my door to help me with my bags. I was genuinely touched! The room was also very clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. I'll definitely stay here again for my next layover."

The hotel was newly renovated in 2025, and everything in the room felt brand new! Really great!
Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, there are several restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite. There's also a supermarket where you can pick up snacks and such.

"The hotel is right inside Daming Lake scenic area, and the views outside are picturesque. It was too hot to walk much during the day, so an evening stroll by the lake was very pleasant. Getting to the pier was also quick. The front desk staff were very attentive, proactively offering a golf cart service to help with luggage.
However, for elderly guests with mobility issues, after being dropped off by a taxi by the roadside, they still have to climb a high bridge and walk a distance to reach the hotel. Also, since it's in a park, you might be startled by old men clearing their throats during their morning exercises early in the morning. Additionally, there weren't enough power outlets by the bed, which I hope they improve upon."

"We were there to visit families so the location is perfect. The walkway to the elevator is outside of the building and it is a bit underwhelming. The room we had was a business twin bed room which is on the small side. The bathroom is good size and updated. Front desk and cleaning staff are courteous. Bottled water was provided for free. I took a photo of the RT mart which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The restaurant downstairs serves decent quality food with good prices. I didn’t try their breakfast though."

"A truly delightful stay, though I regret not taking any photos due to my rushed schedule. The pictures on the detail page seem to be accurate representations. The room was incredibly spacious, modernly furnished, and very convenient. The hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were all excellent, and the hairdryer was a Laifen. The entire hallway outside smelled wonderful, and the hotel even has a delivery robot. The soundproofing was exceptional. The front desk service was also fantastic; I arrived late at night, not getting to the hotel until 1 AM, but they still warmly checked me in. When I asked for a late checkout until 2 PM, they kindly agreed."

The staff were incredibly attentive, the room was spotless, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a huge variety of hot and cold dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.

The soundproofing in the rooms is very good, and the breakfast offers a variety of Shandong local delicacies. The service is thoughtful and attentive. It's definitely my first choice for travel in Quancheng. I'll stay here again next time.

Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay at No. 8 Courtyard Homestay (Daming Lake Baotu Spring). We stayed in the duplex room, which was beautifully designed, tasteful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family of four.
The service was excellent and the staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the free laundry service, which was a fantastic convenience for a family travelling together.
The location is also great, with Furong Street close by, making it easy to explore the local sights and enjoy the food and atmosphere.
Overall, a lovely and comfortable place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to families looking for a spacious, well-designed accommodation with great service.

Anonymous UserI highly recommend Tomorrow International Youth Hostel in Jinan. The place is exceptionally clean; every corner is spotless. The environment is also very quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. The 19th-floor terrace offers fantastic views, and the sunset scenery in the evening is beautiful. The staff's service is also excellent. Plus, the location is great, making it very convenient to get to tourist attractions. The price is quite reasonable, and the facilities are very good. If you're traveling solo, staying here feels very safe and comfortable.

Anonymous UserWhile visiting Qingdao, I decided to spend a day in Jinan and chose the Shangri-La. Before checking in, I called to confirm that my room was ready. The lobby is impressive, and the room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped. The toiletries were excellent, and I particularly liked the eco-friendly bamboo toothbrushes and combs. The hotel is conveniently located opposite Quancheng Square, perfect for an evening stroll to watch the musical fountain. Baotu Spring is also within walking distance. There are plenty of malls nearby, and both takeout and dining options are easily accessible. The old city, however, is genuinely congested; it took almost 40 minutes to get to Jinan Station by taxi, and I barely made my train. The hotel also seems to offer intangible cultural heritage activities, but I didn't have time to participate. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a more leisurely trip to Jinan.

This hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.

I think the hotel should separate the guests and the married ones. The corridor was noisy until 1am. At 6:30am, several children started playing with balloons in the corridor. The door was opened and closed countless times, and the cleaning was also frequent. There was a mixture of chatting and laughing all morning. I specifically asked for quietness because I couldn't sleep well. It was right across from me. Is there a misunderstanding about quietness? I was dizzy and my eyes hurt all day.
