"The hotel is right next to Baotu Spring, within walking distance. It's very quiet at night, and I even got a room upgrade when I checked in late. Next door is Ma Jia Quanshui Baozi, a famous steamed bun shop in Jinan, so I didn't book breakfast at the hotel. Instead, I went there early in the morning to queue up and got my food quickly, but don't expect too much. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out, which was a very thoughtful touch. It's also not far from Jinan High-Speed Railway Station."

Downstairs, you'll find Guihe Shopping Center, and right next door is Parc 66, making it a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's incredibly convenient for both business trips and leisure travel. 🌟 Attentive and Thoughtful Service, Impeccable Details From the moment I made the reservation, I experienced professional service. They called in advance to confirm my needs and even upgraded my room free of charge. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and responsive. Housekeeping was meticulous, ensuring the room was cleaned daily, and they even thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and empty bottles for collecting spring water, which was incredibly heartwarming. 🌟 Spacious and Comfortable Rooms, Amazing Views The room was exceptionally large with a well-designed layout. The 2-meter wide bed had just the right firmness, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views; some rooms directly face Quancheng Square, allowing you to watch the musical fountain show without even leaving your room. The night view was particularly stunning. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, a large bathtub, and high-end toiletries. The smart control system was both convenient and high-tech. 🌟 Rich and Delicious Dining, Full of Local Flavor The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options. Shandong specialties like 'Ba Zi Rou' (braised pork) and 'Tian Mo' (sweet gruel) were abundant and of excellent quality. The Executive Lounge was refined, with delicious afternoon tea and light meals. The Sky Beer Garden on the 12th floor boasted expansive views, perfect for overlooking Jinan's nightscape and an excellent spot for photos. 🌟 Comprehensive Facilities, Suitable for Both Leisure and Business The gym is equipped with a full range of high-end equipment, including a yoga studio. The indoor heated pool has crystal-clear water and an all-glass curtain wall design, providing excellent natural light. Business facilities such as the Executive Lounge and meeting rooms are well-appointed, catering to business needs. The hotel also has excellent family-friendly facilities, making it super convenient for stays with children. Overall, the experience was flawless. The location, service, hardware, and dining were all top-notch. It's undoubtedly the best choice for a hotel whether you're in Jinan for business or tourism. "The room has nothing complain about. It was great. I would like to appreciate their extra effort.I am a foreign traveler and checking in at 11:30pm and all staffs was friendly,welcomed and openminded. Since it’s very close to Airport,their guests might be heading to Airport always, but I really appreciated their airport shuttle bus info giving me very clearly and quickly while I am checking in. Shuttle bus departs at 5am taking me airport for 15mins. They also give all 5am guests the breakfast. I was surprised their service. I would recommend to staying here for not only Chinese, but also foreigner travellers."

"Overall, it was a good stay. The room was spacious enough, which was great for traveling with an older child, making it perfect for a family trip. The environment was lovely – the tatami mats, futons, and large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the small river and trees created a very pleasant atmosphere. There was also a balcony, and we even received complimentary breakfast. However, there were a few downsides. The hotel felt a bit dated overall. The balcony was quite dirty (likely due to being outdoors), and the river view outside the window was also dirty (which is more of an issue with the scenic area itself). Upon arrival, we were picked up by an electric cart. When checking out, someone helped with our luggage, but there was no electric cart, so we had to walk to the entrance of the scenic area. The room didn't provide bottled drinking water; there were two bottles of spring water, but it was recommended to boil them before drinking. The tap water in the room left a floating film after being boiled. The complimentary spring water, however, had no film after boiling. In the end, I had to go out and buy bottled water myself."

"Great location and, as always, the hotel is grand. The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name."

"Jinan is always our last stop to rest on our drive back to Beijing. We've stayed at the Intercontinental and Kempinski before, but this time we chose the Crowne Plaza because it's newly opened and not far from the highway. Although the surrounding area is still under development, the amenities are decent, and it's very convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. We took the kids to eat sour fish soup and visited the science museum (which is much better than the China Science and Technology Museum in Beijing). The hotel's hardware is also satisfactory. The only minor drawback was that the smart toilet in our suite didn't come with a remote control, and the front desk didn't respond immediately when I called. Thankfully, Front Office Manager Wang Na (Elena) proactively apologized and provided a reasonable explanation when we checked out. All in all, despite this minor flaw, the hotel offers good value for money."

"The front desk service was excellent, and the overall environment was pretty good. The tea and coffee were a nice refreshing touch. However, the room's lighting and curtains had some serious flaws. The motion-sensor light wouldn't turn off, and the curtains let in way too much light in the morning, which meant we adults didn't get any sleep. It was too late, and the kids were asleep, so we didn't bother calling the front desk – it would have been too much of a hassle. Because of the great front desk staff, I originally wanted to give 5 stars, but since I didn't get any rest, today's trip was exhausting, I almost had a car accident, and my mood is just terrible."

"I had a great stay at the hotel. It's right next to a shopping mall, so dining and entertainment were incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, with new facilities, and very comfortable, even featuring a bathtub. The executive lounge on the 36th floor had a lovely ambiance, perfect for taking photos, and the afternoon tea selection was generous. A major plus is the bus terminal within walking distance, offering direct access to Daming Lake, along with plenty of restaurants and small convenience stores nearby. Lorna, the guest relations manager, even followed up with a call to check on my experience, which was a nice touch. For food deliveries, you can just input your room number and a robot delivers it directly. I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. I'd definitely come back again if I get the chance."
