"Overall, a fantastic experience! Before I arrived, Xiao Cao (a staff member) reached out to me, sent the hotel's location, and asked about my room preferences. Upon arrival, Adam and Xiao Zhao at the front desk thoughtfully upgraded my room and even managed to place both of our rooms together. It was hot at noon, so I went to the hotel's swimming pool – the water temperature was perfect. In the afternoon, I walked to Hongyan Plaza and saw the beautiful pear blossoms 🌸. I went again the next morning; the pear blossoms in Korla are truly stunning, and the people are so warm and friendly! ❤️"

"Really good experience. Amazing breakfast options and the hotel room is nice and decent, the location is great. The hotel staffs are really nice. They helped me picked up a lost item in the hotel when I checked out. The only thing that can be improved is the number of elevators. Two is a bit too few for the rush-hour demand for the breakfast."

"The location is good; there are many restaurants to the right after you go downstairs. Transportation is convenient; there's an airport shuttle bus right downstairs. The room is clean and hygienic, with unique decor and relatively complete facilities. The only drawback is that the TV doesn't have internet settings enabled, so you can't cast your favorite content and programs. This seems to be a common problem with hotels in Korla; I've stayed at several hotels in Korla this year, and none of them seem to have screen casting functionality."

"The room facilities were all OK. However, the toilet in the room with the odd number I was initially given had a strong odor. After reporting this to the front desk, someone immediately offered to change our room. The staff was very welcoming and took us to many rooms until they found one we were satisfied with. "We booked two rooms for this trip: I specifically arranged a king room for my parents, thinking it would offer better views and a chance to enjoy the Yong'an Pagoda and river scenery. However, the king room had a poor orientation and completely blocked the view of Yong'an Pagoda. Ironically, the twin room we stayed in with our family of three had an excellent view. Opening the window, we could directly see the Yong'an Pagoda and the beautiful Hongyan River Garden landscape – absolutely stunning! When booking, be sure to check the room orientation carefully to avoid choosing the wrong room type. Thoughtful Details: ▫ The welcome fruit was Korla fragrant pears, a local specialty, adding a nice touch of local flavor. ▫ The front desk staff were lovely and proactively gave cute stickers to the kids. ▫ When our food delivery order was wrong, the hotel immediately helped coordinate a solution, showing reliable and attentive service. Areas for Improvement: The hotel was recently renovated, and the new decor smell was a bit strong. Even with an air ventilator in the room, there was still an odor. At breakfast, there was no crowd management, leading to a very large number of people. Food replenishment couldn't keep up, and both coffee machines were out of water and unusable. Overall, the location is excellent, the aesthetics are appealing, and the service is warm, making it very suitable for family trips. However, the room views vary significantly, and the renovation smell and breakfast experience could be improved."
