"Special thanks to Angela at the front desk! When we checked out, she gave us a small gift. Upon learning that we had to wait in the lobby for our train, she offered us drink vouchers. Since I paid quickly and forgot to use them, she thoughtfully gave us a cake instead. (˘ڡ˘)🍰
Room facilities: Very new and well-equipped, especially the blackout curtains – they work wonderfully.
Value for money: The price during this off-season is a real bargain.
Breakfast: I must say, the breakfast selection is incredibly rich, and all the ingredients are fresh and clean.
Bed: I slept soundly all night without much tossing and turning; it was very comfortable and good for my back, unlike other hotels where the mattress leaves me with back pain.
Room view: The hotel is connected to both Renaissance and Courtyard, making it very large. You can easily spend time just exploring the premises.
Service: The service is excellent. Upon check-in, a dedicated person was assigned to me, asking about my preferences and requirements, and they did their utmost to accommodate them.
Swimming pool: I tried the pool once; the water was very clean. Plus, after swimming, you can even enjoy a steam bath while freshening up 😂.
Gym: The gym equipment is something I'm very satisfied with; the facilities are comprehensive and highly functional."

"Really good experience. Amazing breakfast options and the hotel room is nice and decent, the location is great. The hotel staffs are really nice. They helped me picked up a lost item in the hotel when I checked out.
The only thing that can be improved is the number of elevators. Two is a bit too few for the rush-hour demand for the breakfast."

There are many shops opposite the hotel and the restaurant is very close to shopping. Secondly, the front desk service is very, very good, warm and thoughtful, almost responsive. "This time I stayed at a newly opened hotel, which completely exceeded expectations, and was intimate and comfortable from entering the door to leaving the store. The front desk service was very warm, and also took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding play routes, which made people feel at home in an instant. The brand-new decoration style is simple and high-end. The hotel is very hygienic. The sheets and pillowcases in the rooms are brand new and live in special peace of mind. The breakfast is rich and fresh, with hot dishes, snacks, and fruits all available, and the taste is absolutely perfect. The waiter will add tea in time during the meal, and the whole process is intimate and not disturbed. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Korla."

"I was able to get a late check-out until 2 PM, and the solo breakfast buffet was excellent. My room was also prepared in advance. Alice called me beforehand, knowing it was my birthday, and arranged a small cake for me, which made me very happy! There were also welcome fruits in the room. Xiao Cao at the front desk handled my check-in very efficiently, and there was a small table nearby with tea and water. Check-out was also very quick. Parking is free, and there's a gym and a really beautiful swimming pool available for use."

"Everything was good. The front desk lady was very patient. She showed us the remaining rooms even though we were late at night. The security guard was also very nice. The only problem was that the toilet in the hotel room was a little high."

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 14-day trip to China! Everything was spotless with an excellent cleaning service. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even though they didn’t speak much English. The room was full of thoughtful touches—gadgets, treats, and little things that made our stay super comfortable and memorable. As long-term travelers, we really appreciated these extra details. The cosmetics provided were also top-notch! The hotel was quiet, and the room didn’t smell like cigarettes, which was a huge plus for us as non-smokers in China. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and unique, truly a must-try if you stay here. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

The room is actually better than the photos. The layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean, and the elevator management is also very good and safe. You need to use the elevator to go upstairs. The mattress is especially comfortable. I am not disappointed. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. Thoughtful, thumbs up to the housekeeping and front desk 👍. Impeccable, clean and tidy, the front desk and security are attentive and helpful in recommending routes and food, and are very patient. Five-star recommendation.

Located on the road, just 2 kms from expressway exit. Good parking place, not free though, quick service, lift availability. We were three family members and were provided 3 single beds in one room, along with 3 free breakfast tickets . Room was on 3rd floor. Well equipped, clean, attached bathroom, all amenities available. Quiet night with good sleep. Checked out, early in the morning, was quick and hastle free. I will strongly recommend this hotel for all travelers to Korla, especially budget facilities.

Isn't it more comfortable than home? It's like living in a warm little nest. I will come again next time! For example, the king-size bed room I stayed in this time was so comfortable to sleep on! The location of the hotel is also great! There is everything around, and travel is super convenient. Isn't it just like living in the city center? I walked around and ate around here, it was so cozy, I just loved it! The service of the hotel is simply amazing! The staff are super enthusiastic and available at any time. Isn't this the standard of a five-star hotel? I once asked them to help me get something, and the speed was amazing! The hotel is very cost-effective! You can enjoy such good services and facilities for such a small amount of money. Isn't this a good deal? I think it's much more cost-effective than other hotels, just like discovering a treasure!
