"Traveling with my parents, our main requirements were spaciousness, cleanliness, and warmth. The two-bedroom suite we booked was very spacious, and the washbasin had two sinks, which was very convenient. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was warm and welcoming. They responded to any questions immediately. For the air conditioning, make sure to select the heating mode first, then press the auxiliary heating button, or ask the butler to adjust it for you. It's been quite cold lately, so we needed to use the heating mode. With the air conditioning on, it was very warm. The two-bedroom suite had two large beds and two air conditioners. There were candles in the common area at night, creating a lovely atmosphere. In summer, the swimming pool in the common area would be even more beautiful for photos."

"Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust.
Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts.
Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items.
Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap.
Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight."

1. The quality of service has noticeably declined since the hotel's initial opening.
2. There was an unpleasant odor emanating from the room's drain.
3. The towels provided were old and worn, and the toilet paper in the bathroom was of very poor quality.
4. The laundry room and gym are awkwardly crammed into a single small space with insufficient equipment. With only two washing machines, guests often have to wait in line until the early hours of the morning to do their laundry. It would be much more practical to remove two treadmills and add more washing machines."

I arrived a little late, but the service attitude of Xiao Zou and Xiaoyu at the front desk was super great! ! ! I really feel at home and warm.
The business standard room we booked was upgraded to an executive standard room for free.
Traveling as a family of four with two children, the two 1.5cm beds are super comfortable. The facilities in the room are relatively complete, and families traveling with children can close their eyes. There is a tea bar machine at the elevator entrance on each floor: milk tea, coffee, milk, and hot water are continuously supplied.
There are many types of breakfast, the service is also in place, all aspects are in order, the breakfast environment is very good, you can have breakfast leisurely.
The hotel parking lot is large and there is a free self-service car wash, which solved the problem of bug-contaminated car windshields along the way.

The only drawback is the hotel serves a lot of tour groups so it could be loud in the early morning when they check-out. Other than that, the hotel is a value-for-money stay."

It's also an 800-meter walk to the Grand Naan Museum. The hotel entrance is modest, but the interior is modern. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and courteous. All guests receive complimentary snacks and free bottled water. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free porridge and side dishes, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch that truly makes guests feel at home. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable, soft mattresses and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. Because I brought my parents, two elderly people with limited mobility, the room arrangement is also very convenient for entry and exit. Unlimited Nongfu Spring, freshly ground coffee and scented tea are available at the lobby counter. The self-service laundry is also very clean and convenient, and the breakfast is even more eye-catching. There are Twinings brand tea bags, cream balls for coffee, and even the eggs are in the shape of hearts. There is shepherd's purse, buns, pumpkin, and yam. The noodles and wontons cooked on site are also delicious. When I left, the girl at the front desk gave me some water to drink on the way. If I have a chance, I will stay in this hotel next time I come here. By the way, the hotel is very close to the night market and can be reached on foot. The location is very good, just opposite the alley of Qiuci, and not far from the attractions in the city. The decoration of the house is very unique, it's very interesting to live in the room, and it's super cool to sit in the yard and chat and eat! The most important thing is that the atmosphere is really good, the boss and the clerk are super nice, and all the brothers and friends I met are very good. I stayed for three days and ate or shared meals every day (it was super delicious Han food, friends who want to eat vegetables and Han food are saved 😭, and I also ate zongzi on the Dragon Boat Festival), and I also took the brother's car to visit attractions outside the city. Haha. Anyway, I had a very happy three days.

Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

Thanks to the friendly service, I was able to check in even though I arrived a little before 2pm, and I was able to communicate with the owner through a translator and eat some cool watermelon. They say you can pick grapes and jujubes at the hostel depending on the season, but I couldn't do it because the time didn't match. It's close to Kuche Wangfu, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, so it's convenient. The bedrooms are clean, and the bathrooms are Western-style, so it's convenient. If I come back next time, I'll choose this place again.

WWataxiThis trip to Kuqa was a fantastic experience. My visit to Xiyou has further solidified my fondness for Kuqa.
Overall, Xiyou's facilities are very comprehensive. The courtyard is centered around the rooms, laundry room, and kitchen. You can wash your clothes for free and then dry them in the backyard. You can even cook your own meals. The rooms have separate wet and dry areas, and the smart toilet lets you change the seatmat with one click.
The owner is quite edgy, hahahaha. The atmosphere guy is also a bit edgy, but they're all very friendly and considerate.
I met so many lovely people, I won't name them all here.

GGuest UserThis stay was a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is very convenient, and taxis are easily available right outside, making it quick and easy to get to attractions and shopping districts.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it incredibly relaxing. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing for a peaceful and restful sleep.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and attentive, and they proactively provided me with nearby taxi spots and local tips, which was a heartwarming touch. Check-out was also smooth and effortless.
Overall, the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I've already recommended it to friends!

was previously a hotel converted into an international youth hostel. We booked a twin-bed room for one night. There is a Uyghur girl who spoke impecable Mandarin with a tad bit of Beijing ascent at the front desk when we arrived. The check-in was speedy. The room was spacious and clean so were the bedding (no foul smell). The uniqueness about this hostel is, it does not provide bath towels and toilet papers. Instead, guests are given one-use towels and a pack of tissue papers which we double up as toilet papers. Initially, I thought the one-use towels (place on a try in the room) were bathing soap because they were in compressed form so I went to ask the Uyghur girl for towls and she told me those are actually compressed one-use towels.
There are restaurants and minimarts next to the hostel and a night food street nearby (approx 200-300m by foot). No a bad choice if you need a layover or a couple of days stay to explore Kuqa.

However, the room was very dusty, there was no hot water and the passport check-in process was long and laborious, which made the experience quite unpleasant (we came knocking on our room at 2am to get our passports, which we had to leave overnight at the reception).
