"Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust.
Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts.
Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items.
Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap.
Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight."

Breakfast wasn't particularly good. Overall, the room was acceptable."

"1. Checked out from 2nd to 3rd. We had seen the room in advance when we arrived on the 2nd. It was on the first floor, just like what we saw online, perfect. But when we went to the room at night, we smelled a strong smell of sewer backflow mixed with the fragrance of aromatherapy. It was completely uninhabitable. Then they said they would change us to a king-size room. They said they were all similar, so we agreed to change rooms. But when we went to the new room, we found that the blinds on the window of the room were broken. The room was facing the side of the road and it was light-permeable. We asked the waiter to change us to another room. Their rooms were full. So they asked them to repair it or find a piece of cloth to help cover it. Because there were two girls, it was really inconvenient. As a result, the waiter found a pillow, took it over and saw that it couldn't cover it at all, so we asked them how to solve it. Then she said she would ask the store manager. After the store manager came, his attitude was very good. He said that the room was full and they could only use a pillow to cover it. Then the pillow and the pillow just covered half of it. I slept there last night, and then they sent fruit.
2. They said breakfast would be between 8 and 11 the next day, so we thought we would go at 10:30 so we could eat and go out to play. But when we got there, there were only leftovers and cold milk, and it was still cold. In the end, we could only... since we knew the room was full, we should have known the number of people dining there, and we should have made more preparations. There were several tables of people who arrived at the same time as us, and we could only say that we barely ate a little. There was also a family with children who said when they left: Let's go, let's go buy some more food, we're not full yet.
3. I hope the local customs department will pay attention to the problem of odor coming from the floor drain on the first floor, so as not to give other tourists a bad experience. I also hope that every time you visit a room, you will remember to check if the curtains are damaged and replace them in time, and don't make excuses saying that you didn't have time yet.

The room size, mattress, and layout are almost exactly the same. The layout of the bathroom is slightly different. I personally feel that home is more reasonable. Atour has more humidifiers and small refrigerators on the facilities, breakfast is more abundant, health is good, washing machine and dryer are very convenient, free coffee is provided on the first floor of the home"

"The Kuqa Smart Business Hotel has a very friendly staff. They don’t speak English, but they are very friendly and accommodating. We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!"

"A must-visit hotel if you are driving with a baby! The beds are very comfortable. The two 1.5-meter beds are equivalent to three meters wide when I take my children with me. This is great. No more crowding. The room is large, the table is long, and there are many charging ports. The bedding looks new. The breakfast is delicious, with pasta, about ten dishes, and fruit yogurt bread. The lady at the front desk is very polite, professional and conscientious, and reminds us of various benefits. The security guard is also enthusiastic. The parking lot behind the hotel is very big. Mark it and I will stay in this hotel when I drive in Xinjiang in the future!"

Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it."

GGuest UserI stayed here for the last few days of my trip to southern Xinjiang, and the quality of accommodation improved significantly. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very comfortable, the equipment is smooth to use, and there is a large sofa by the window where you can sit and drink tea. The service was also very good. We arrived at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room we booked was not available at the moment, so they opened a standard room for us to put our luggage and rest. They would change our room if there was a vacancy later. It was very considerate. The restaurant was not It is large, but the food is varied and rich, the price is very affordable, and it opens early. A hot breakfast at 8 or 9 o'clock is very important for tourists who get up early to travel. There is airport and train station drop-off service, and the driver's skills are first-class. Acceleration, deceleration and lane changes are smooth, so you don't have to worry about catching your flight. I have two small suggestions: it is recommended to use conditioner and a larger humidifier.

The heating on the floor of the room and the air outlet cannot be adjusted. It will be a bit hot when you just come back from the outside. I will consider this hotel next time.

Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

I hope the hotel's catering department will equip the fried egg stand with a range hood. __WeChat236012****The hotel is conveniently located, just a 7 RMB taxi ride from Kuqa Old City Reistan Pedestrian Street. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's also an 800-meter walk to the Grand Naan Museum. The hotel entrance is modest, but the interior is modern. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and courteous. All guests receive complimentary snacks and free bottled water. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free porridge and side dishes, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch that truly makes guests feel at home. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable, soft mattresses and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. There's also a free parking lot, making it ideal for road trippers.

EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

We live in room 201, the room is large, two bedrooms, one big bed and one middle bed, the bathroom is large, the rooftop on the second floor is comfortable, and there is a kitchen on the first floor for guests. The price is more cost-effective, suitable for living, it is recommended.

GGuest UserThe front desk was very helpful. She typed out for me in Chinese to show DiDi drivers the places I wanted to go. And I could charge my power bank overnight behind the reception while my phone charged next to my bed.
There’s a very long wide balcony boardwalk with city views plus a room to sit and meet people that is covered in Western old movie pictures. The rooms have the usual socket for phone charging by the bed and curtains around the beds for privacy.
It’s a good place to stay.
