"Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust.
Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts.
Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items.
Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap.
Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight."

"Kuqa Tourism stayed at Home Inn and Atour for two days. The first to ten floors of the same building are Home Inn, and the eleven to seventeen floors are Atour. The room size, mattress, and layout are almost exactly the same. The layout of the bathroom is slightly different. I personally feel that home is more reasonable. Atour has more humidifiers and small refrigerators on the facilities, breakfast is more abundant, health is good, washing machine and dryer are very convenient, free coffee is provided on the first floor of the home"

"I stayed here for the last few days of my trip to southern Xinjiang, and the quality of accommodation improved significantly. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very comfortable, the equipment is smooth to use, and there is a large sofa by the window where you can sit and drink tea. The service was also very good. We arrived at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room we booked was not available at the moment, so they opened a standard room for us to put our luggage and rest. They would change our room if there was a vacancy later. It was very considerate. The restaurant was not It is large, but the food is varied and rich, the price is very affordable, and it opens early. A hot breakfast at 8 or 9 o'clock is very important for tourists who get up early to travel. There is airport and train station drop-off service, and the driver's skills are first-class. "The hotel building is in a good location and has good internal facilities. There is a laundry room (but there are many people queuing) and parking is convenient. There is a Xinjiang restaurant opposite with 24-hour service, which really opened my eyes to Kuqa! So in the mornings of both days in Kuqa, I went to the opposite side to buy âlunchâ to eat on the way."

"Newly opened, the rooms are nice. The owner and front desk are very welcoming. They helped me negotiate a discount with the Northeast BBQ restaurant next door, and even had the security guard pour me tea while I was sitting in the lobby. Suggestions for improvement: The breakfast dishes were a bit oily, there were no tea bags in the room, and the laundry room should be equipped with more facilities."

AAnonymous UserThe uncle security guard, the cleaning aunt and the front desk girl are very good. There was a little episode during the stay, and the staff handled it in a timely manner. The heating on the floor of the room and the air outlet cannot be adjusted. It will be a bit hot when you just come back from the outside. I will consider this hotel next time.

Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

It's also an 800-meter walk to the Grand Naan Museum. The hotel entrance is modest, but the interior is modern. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and courteous. All guests receive complimentary snacks and free bottled water. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free porridge and side dishes, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch that truly makes guests feel at home. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable, soft mattresses and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. There's also a free parking lot, making it ideal for road trippers.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, there was a staff member to help with luggage, and patiently introduced the surrounding food and transportation when I checked in. I found that the air conditioner was a little problem at night. After contacting the front desk, the maintenance master arrived in 10 minutes. After solving it, he came back to ask if he was satisfied. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is particularly relieved. This service really makes people feel very intimate!

TTrNguyenFront deskâs staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope theyâll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best Iâve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesnât drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.

SSeanPA68The Kuqa Smart Business Hotel has a very friendly staff. They donât speak English, but they are very friendly and accommodating. We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!

EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I donât know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most âquestioningâ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

We live in room 201, the room is large, two bedrooms, one big bed and one middle bed, the bathroom is large, the rooftop on the second floor is comfortable, and there is a kitchen on the first floor for guests. The price is more cost-effective, suitable for living, it is recommended.

GGuest UserThe front desk was very helpful. She typed out for me in Chinese to show DiDi drivers the places I wanted to go. And I could charge my power bank overnight behind the reception while my phone charged next to my bed.Â
Thereâs a very long wide balcony boardwalk with city views plus a room to sit and meet people that is covered in Western old movie pictures. Â The rooms have the usual socket for phone charging by the bed and curtains around the beds for privacy.
Itâs a good place to stay.
