"The hotel lobby is beautiful, and there's a great variety of hot springs. Ah Hao at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful, patiently guiding us through check-in and proactively informing us about facility operating hours. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, and the Mousse bedding was very comfortable. The hot spring environment is excellent, really impressive! I especially want to commend Brother Jinhao. When I told him all the charging spots were taken and I couldn't charge my car, he monitored it for me and contacted me immediately when a spot opened up. That really touched me – they genuinely care about their guests. Everything is new since it was recently renovated. I'll definitely bring my relatives and friends here again."

"Booked a poolside double room. The beds can be combined, which is great for a family. The AC was super strong! The room was simple, perfect for just sleeping, as we spent most of our time out enjoying the hot springs, amusement park, and water activities. This is our second time here, and the kids had even more fun with their friends! The staff were very enthusiastic, and it's a good value-for-money spot with hot springs, a kids' club, and water activities."

"The private hot spring pool in the first room overflowed from the floor drain outside. We were moved to a second room, where the curtains were broken, and since it was on the ground floor facing the public swimming pool, people could easily look in. At this point, they claimed they had no other rooms available and gave me a third room, which was ten square meters smaller than what I originally booked. They argued for a long time and were reluctant to refund the price difference. The process for getting a refund was also very unclear. Their staff were extremely inexperienced. It took them all evening to process a 50 RMB refund. When we moved to the second room, the staff helped us with our luggage, but when we moved to the third room, the staff just handed us the key card and left without any assistance. After three or four hours of hassle, all they offered was a 50 RMB compensation for financial loss and a smaller room, with no other apologies or compensation. The breakfast selection was very limited, the restaurant was tiny, packed with people, and the aisles were crowded, making it impossible to find a seat. Staff also didn't proactively set up cutlery on newly vacated tables; guests had to get it themselves. I will definitely not be returning."

"I've known about [Several Courtyards] for many years. This time, I brought my baby here for my birthday. I originally wanted to stay in the Leo room (representing August), but I was ultimately drawn to the Capricorn room's pool. It's perfect for a baby to swim in! The surrounding environment is very clean, and the air is so fresh!! The decor and layout of the guesthouse are also very comfortable. Even on rainy days, it has a unique charm. Before coming, I was worried about finding food, so I thought I could only eat at the guesthouse. But!! It was so delicious!! After dinner, I ordered lunch again. I really didn't want to go out to find anything else to eat!!! Highly recommend eating at the guesthouse!!! The guesthouse manager and staff were very welcoming and attentive. Knowing we had a young baby, they were very considerate of us, reminding us when it was time to eat. The food was served as soon as we arrived at the restaurant. They also helped with our luggage, took photos, etc.! The rooms were also very clean! The amenities were complete. It would be even prettier with plenty of sunlight. There's a small lake right in front. The Capricorn room is within easy reach of the car. Highly recommended for families with babies!!"

"Family getaway First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched. The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great."

The hot springs area is quite extensive featuring many pools with different curative qualities, steam baths etc. The area is beautiful with abundant nature, mountains and bamboo forests. There is also a friendly town neighbouring the resort. The greatest asset is the extremely friendly and helpful staff who made our stay unforgettable."

"It is rare to have such a villa designed B&B in the dilapidated mountainous area, whether the courtyard, pool, parking space, lobby, guest room, BBQ area, the design is very small budget, comfortable. The breakfast was even more surprising: the combination of preserved egg and lean meat congee with fried flour was sufficient, and also showed the characteristics of the farmer's family. Rushing on the introduction on Jcheng and everyone's reputation, I did not hesitate to choose the more expensive room. The facilities of the rooms are also very satisfactory, however, the behavior of other guests on the same day is very disgusting; the evening BBQ area was occupied by seven young people, six playing ”script kill”, excited inexplicably, each loudly shouting, huge sound waves, within a hundred meters can be heard. I thought I could have a good sleep, but in the middle of the night around 2:30 am, four of them even walked to the underground lobby to talk loudly, as if no one else was around, but the sound waves in the quiet room also spread far, even I was faintly heard in the room. Strangely, no management staff came out. This is a huge failure in management. It is estimated that the group stayed for two nights, as they had not left at around 3pm the next day. From their car, we learned that they were from Guangzhou, Zhanjiang, Zhongshan and other places, and they also spoke Cantonese. I don’t know if they know how to write the word “ugly”, have very low quality, and harass other residents by treating public places as their own private spaces. I hope the hotel management can face up to this problem. For this reason, I don't intend to recommend it to my friends either."

They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

GGuest UserHaving stayed at Ramada hotels in other cities and loved them, I chose this one without hesitation when I visited Longmen. The hotel's location is excellent, and underground parking is convenient for getting around. The river view room was stunning, the room and bathroom were enormous, and the decor was nice and clean. The only downside was the carpet, which showed signs of wear and tear. The room also had an air purifier, which was surprising in Longmen. I used it for one night and the quality was excellent. It seems the air in Longmen is pretty good. This is a great choice for a vacation.

GGuest UserWe came on a rainy day, so many hotel facilities were not available, such as the infinity pool, children's playground and squirrel park. What's more outrageous is that because of the continuous rain, the Nankunshan Scenic Area was not open, so we had to stay in the room for two days. To be honest, the boss's orchids are really good, but there was no special person to introduce them, so we just had a quick look, which was a bit of a waste. Because it rained for a month in a row, the hotel felt moldy and the quilt was a bit wet. The service attitude of the staff was very good, and there was a small car to pick up and drop off the guest rooms and the gate.

GGuest UserA very distinctive homestay in Nankun Mountain. There was light rain and heavy fog on the day of check-in, and the temperature dropped, so we could only stay in the room and the study. The photos were not good. There was a TV and a piano in the lobby public area. The second floor of the lobby was a restaurant. There was a small activity space near the swimming pool. To be honest, the experience was generally not much to play. There was no pool in the room. The duplex wooden house was quite small, and there were not many places to put things, let alone activity space. The decoration was a simple business hotel. The only highlight was the shower gel. The service was generally good. The hygiene was good. There were glutinous rice balls for supper in the evening, and fairy wands were also given. The breakfast was simple. There were a la carte dishes, hot pot and barbecue for dinner. We ordered a la carte for more than 400 yuan, and the portion was not enough. The front desk staff saw that we had a lot of luggage (because the child is small, so we also travel with a lot of things), and they helped us upgrade to a suite for free, which made the child's stay even more enjoyable.
