"This is an older five-star hotel, and while the decor is about a decade old, the bed was super comfortable and it was quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. The best part is its fantastic location right in the central business district. Metro Line 2's Exit G is right outside, and it's just a few minutes walk to Sanjie Liangxiang, Zhongshan Road Night Market, and the Yongjiang River. It was incredibly convenient for evening strolls! The breakfast definitely lived up to the standard of an established hotel, even featuring local specialties from Guangdong and Guangxi. They also offer a special morning tea (available for an extra charge, and the hotel provides coupons). Unfortunately, I missed it because I had an early train to catch, but I'd love to try it next time!"

"I visited during the May Day holiday and booked a month in advance. The price was reasonable, unlike other hotels that drastically hike their rates. I also specifically requested a room with a street view, and they accommodated it. Thumbs up! 👍 Secondly, the location is incredibly convenient. It's directly opposite Nanning Station, just across the road. Plus, there's a subway station right next to the hotel, and a commercial building next to the subway. There are plenty of food options all around. Seriously, it's super convenient! It's also close to attractions like Sanjie Liangxiang in the city center. If I come to Nanning again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice. The housekeeping was also very good and clean! Another big thumbs up! 👍 Oh, and the front desk even helped me receive a package. Thank you! ☺️"

"My stay here was genuinely great! The lobby is elegant and refined, and the spiral staircase creates such a wonderful ambiance, perfect for photos. The room was clean, spacious, and well-laid out. The mattress was just the right firmness and incredibly comfortable – I felt so relaxed that I slept straight through till the afternoon. The breakfast selection was extensive, with a full range of Chinese and Western dishes, noodles, congee, fruits, and drinks, all very tasty and satisfying. The hotel has a delivery cabinet and service robots, and it's super convenient for getting around with the subway nearby. The only minor downsides were that the shower pressure was a bit low and the hairdryer sometimes had a loose connection. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth staying at."

"The room was a bit dated, but exceptionally clean. For a guesthouse, the facilities were perfectly fine, and the soundproofing was actually quite good. I was pleasantly surprised to find electric curtains! The service was standard, and check-out was very convenient. Breakfast options were limited, comparable to what you'd find at a budget hotel."

"I chose a hotel near Nanning East Station, and it was a quick six or seven-minute taxi ride. There are several residential areas nearby, with convenient small restaurants, convenience stores, and fruit shops. Since I was traveling with my elderly parents and wasn't comfortable letting them stay in a separate room, I opted for a room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was quite spacious and very comfortable for sleeping. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a non-slip mat in the bathroom, which had a great wet and dry separation. The soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent, and the air conditioning was quiet. It's really important to find a place where my parents can get a deep sleep when we travel. There's also a laundry room on the sixth floor, which is very convenient, and the hotel offers great value for money."

"This is a newly opened hotel, and the environment and hygiene are impeccable. The negative review is directed at the front desk staff, who was reportedly about to leave. We checked in around midnight, and during the check-in process, the front desk person had a completely expressionless face and didn't exchange a single word with us. After exploring the night market, we returned to the hotel around 1 AM. After getting ready for bed, we realized the air conditioner's outdoor unit was incredibly loud, making it impossible to sleep. So, we thought we'd call the front desk to see if we could switch rooms. First, we looked around and found there was no landline in the room, so we had to use our mobile phone to call the front desk. And here's where the main issue began. The front desk staff's attitude was extremely poor. First, she questioned us, saying no one else had reported problems with that room, and then she said things like, 'You've already checked in.' In short, the entire communication process was very difficult, and her tone and word choice were completely unlike that of a service professional. She refused to switch our room, and we, on the other hand, were politely coaxing her to change it for us. After our persistence, she finally gave us a smaller room, which even had a musty smell. Because it was so late and we were exhausted from all the hassle in the middle of the night, we decided not to bother contacting that hot-tempered front desk person again for another room change. The next day, a different front desk staff member was on duty for check-out, and her attitude was excellent. She even contacted me promptly when I left something behind in the hotel. The difference in attitude from the previous day's front desk staff was like night and day. In all my years of staying in hotels, I've never encountered such an unprofessional front desk person. I was originally planning to extend my stay for two more days, but I directly canceled and switched to another hotel. I will never choose to stay at this hotel again when I come to Nanning, nor will I recommend it to any friends."

"Extremely convenient! After exiting Gate 6 with my luggage, I followed the 'Hotel' sign to the second floor, then turned left as indicated by another 'Hotel' sign. I walked through the skybridge corridor, turned right after the corridor, and took an elevator down directly to the hotel. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is especially good – the juices are freshly squeezed, and there are various noodle dishes. This is truly a hidden gem for a layover."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options right downstairs. The subway is also conveniently located a short walk away. Rita and Arthur at the front desk were incredibly efficient and provided excellent service; I was very impressed with their work ethic. The breakfast buffet service was also very attentive, and the room cleaning was meticulous. However, to be fair, the service and attitude of some individual staff members in the executive lounge towards children could use some improvement."
