The Shangri-La Nanning truly lives up to its reputation as an iconic city landmark hotel 🌆. Perched high above the city, it offers panoramic views of the Yong River, Qingxiu Mountain, and the city lights. Our butler, Nina, was incredibly attentive and responsible, even thoughtfully sharing a local guide with us. The clever integration of Zhuang brocade and bronze drum elements into the interior design creates a rich, authentic local atmosphere. The pool and gym boast breathtaking views, and the dining options expertly blend Chinese, Western, and local Guangxi flavors. The service was impeccable and warm, and the hotel's prime location, with direct access to a shopping mall, makes getting around a breeze. Overall, it was a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The room environment is fantastic, very luxurious! The experience was superb, and the room service was incredibly attentive. The lighting in the room was thoughtfully designed, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Plus, they even give you a special Guangxi briefcase as a gift! Taking photos in the room turned out great – perfect for someone who loves beauty like me, hehe 😜. I especially want to commend Supervisor Elva Xiaowei; she was patient and enthusiastic during check-in, very professional. I was touched by how valued I felt 😹! I'll definitely be back next time.

I've stayed at Shangri-La Nanning multiple times, and each experience has been very satisfying. This time, all my early check-in requests were fulfilled, which was incredibly thoughtful. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the Horizon Club room offered expansive views, and the room was meticulously cleaned. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, Elva, Eileen, Ally, Aurelia, and Nina, for their efficient and smooth check-in process and their attentive and thoughtful service to guests. The hotel environment is quiet, and the facilities are well-maintained, making it very suitable for business trips. I will definitely continue to choose this hotel when I visit Nanning again.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Nanning. This time, I still chose the 270-degree Deluxe Suite, and the bedroom faces the sunrise directly, offering fantastic views as always. The bedding and toiletries are excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. A special thank you to our butler, Elva, who always arranges everything thoughtfully, providing consistently attentive and meticulous service. Coming back here truly feels like coming home. Lexi, Aurelia, Jenna, and Ally at the lobby also greet guests warmly whenever they see them. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

My recent trip to Nanning led me to stay at the Shangri-La Nanning, and it truly was an unforgettable 'stay among the clouds' experience. Perched above MixC Mall, the hotel's sky lobby on the 68th floor immediately impresses. Stepping out of the high-speed elevator, the expansive, high-ceilinged space, adorned with Zhuang cultural elements, creates an incredible atmosphere. From the moment you enter, there's a strong sense of ceremony. Check-in was exceptionally smooth, and I must commend Lexi from Guest Relations. Lexi was wonderfully gentle and professional, meticulous and thoughtful in her service. She not only efficiently completed all my check-in procedures but also patiently introduced me to the hotel's facilities, Horizon Club benefits, and breakfast times and locations. Learning it was my first time visiting Nanning, she thoughtfully shared local travel routes, recommended authentic local delicacies, and offered many practical tips. It was far from a sterile, conveyor-belt service; it felt genuinely warm. During my stay, when I had questions and contacted Lexi, her response was prompt, and she handled everything professionally and efficiently, showcasing the true professionalism of the Guest Relations team. I stayed in a high-floor panoramic view room, which was spacious and bright. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the entire city of Nanning, with the Yong River and urban skyline stretching out below. Watching the sunset in the evening and admiring the city lights at night was an absolutely stunning visual experience. The bedding in the room was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities had a fresh scent. The room was clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident throughout. They also provided welcome fruit and local specialty snacks, a small but thoughtful gesture. Breakfast at the hotel offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options. You could even enjoy Nanning's signature Old Friend Noodles and Luosifen, providing a truly local flavor. The afternoon tea and evening canapés and drinks at the Horizon Club Lounge were of high quality. Spending some leisure time relaxing in the high-altitude lounge offered excellent views and a pleasant experience. The hotel also boasts an infinity pool and a fitness center, both of which are new and well-equipped. From the bellhops and concierges to the front desk and housekeeping, the service from everyone was exceptional. Lexi and the Guest Relations department, in particular, added significant value to this trip. Beyond the outstanding hardware and views, what's even more rare is the genuine warmth of the service. Whether for business travel or a leisure vacation, the Shangri-La Nanning is definitely a worthy choice.

【Hardware Facilities】The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated with strong Guangxi Zhuang ethnic characteristics, which can be felt from the elevator hall onwards. The room facilities are impeccable; all the basic amenities of a luxury hotel are provided. It's worth mentioning that for a high-rise hotel, the room windows are incredibly clean, free of water stains and dust, offering unobstructed panoramic city and mountain views from above. The sense of luxury greets you right from the moment you step out of the elevator. 【Service Attitude】Whether it's the lobby greeters, front desk staff during check-in, the lobby bar, or the executive lounge, all service personnel are exceptionally friendly. A special shout-out goes to Mo Jiajia from the executive lounge, whose service was particularly proactive and deserving of five stars! 【Food and Beverage】We ordered the 1314 couple's set meal at the lobby bar. The service attitude, as mentioned, was excellent. The dishes were delicious, and the two slow-cooked main courses had a great texture. Paired with live violin music and high-altitude night views, it was a wonderful experience. My personal suggestion for improvement would be that the desserts were a bit too sweet, almost cloying.

Excellent location, right in the China Resources Building, with the subway and mall just a stone's throw away. The room is spacious, with a design that incorporates local characteristics, and the soundproofing is excellent. Housekeeper Jenna provided attentive service, making the entire process from check-in to check-out smooth and pleasant. I stayed in a room with a 270-degree panoramic window view, which was a great experience. The service team, including Elva, Lexi, Aurelia, and Ally, were all wonderful, making me feel right at home. It's perfect for both business trips and vacations.

The in-room amenities are of high quality, and soaking in the bathtub while watching the city's sunset glow is incredibly therapeutic. Butler Jenna's service was just right, providing a perfect experience. The service team, Nina, Hanni, Colin, and Rose, were all excellent. Highly recommended!
