"Location: Superb location right in Yixing's new CBD, by Dongjiu Lake. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping with malls like Wanda Plaza and Baibian nearby. Yixing Museum, Art Gallery, and Poly Grand Theatre are all within walking distance. Dining Experience: The 60th-floor restaurant is an absolute must-visit! Breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and you can enjoy a panoramic lake view while you dine. The buffet is incredibly popular, attracting even local residents. It boasts a diverse selection of dishes, and the taste is excellent. Facilities: I highly recommend the indoor heated pool, which features a stunning glass ceiling and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The fitness center is also well-equipped. Service Quality: From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always ready to assist with any request. The service was top-notch, making the overall experience truly exceptional. Overall, my stay was excellent and it's perfect for both leisure and business trips."

"The hotel is very grand, and the front desk staff checked us in quickly. As soon as we entered our room, someone brought us fruit and black tea. The swimming pool was also nice and clean. The staff were very attentive. Thumbs up to the hotel! 👍"

"This hotel is right by Dongjiu Lake, which was perfect for our morning runs along the lake! The room was very spacious, and our lake-view room offered beautiful scenery, making for a very comfortable stay. Parking and dining options nearby were also very convenient. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with healthy options like chicken breast, vegetables, and cheese. The staff were all very polite. We accidentally broke a glass, and when we informed the front desk at check-out, the first thing they asked was if we had cut our hand. Such thoughtful and humane care was truly touching!"

"Overall, the hotel is quite good. The staff are very friendly and always greet you when you meet them, even in the elevator or at meals. The room's cleanliness and environment are great, and any issues are promptly addressed. I do have a few suggestions: 1. The hotel's smoke control could be improved. There was a smell of smoke in the room, hallway, and even the restaurant. 2. When ordering takeout, we had to wait a while for staff to deliver it to our room. I suggest using a delivery robot for a more convenient and faster service. 3. The breakfast selection could be more varied, with more local specialties included."

"We stayed in a triple room at the Kiln Hotel, which was very spacious and offered a distant view of the B-line mini-train returning to its station. The lobby, with its red brick dome, was incredibly well-designed. A special thank you to our concierge, Tiffany, who communicated with us in advance to confirm details. Despite being pregnant, she was still diligently at her post, meticulously and thoughtfully explaining the scenic routes. She was both gentle and professional. "This is a hotel I would definitely stay at again if I come to Yixing again. The cleanliness is excellent. The hotel, lobby, and bedrooms all smell clean and fresh. The room was quiet and peaceful, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was great – perfect for relaxation. The location is great, close to Wanda Mall, which is within walking distance. It's very convenient for eating, with plenty of restaurants on the upper floors. There's also a supermarket downstairs; I recommend checking out their selection of delicious and reasonably priced temperate fruits. The room price is considered inexpensive, even quite cheap. Less than 2,000฿ per night is very affordable for a hotel of this grade. If the price is the same next time, I will definitely stay here again."

The bedding in the room is comfortable, the pillows are moderately soft and hard, and the mobile phone screen TV is very convenient. The shower water is warm and stable. The lobby water bar has a good atmosphere. Lack: No bathroom plastic slippers, non-slip mats, not very friendly to elderly homes. In addition, the front desk service awareness is worrying. When checking in, I asked if I could arrange for the robot to send a few bottles of drinking water to the room. I replied that the water at the front desk was relatively small. Let us see the corridor cleaning car and ask the aunt for a large bottle of water. In the end, there is no robot to send water, so the default guest should go to the cleaning aunt to ask for water? ? I hope that I can consider more questions from the perspective of the guest."

Especially the supervisor of the hotel, very warm, thoughtful, considerate, and even more surprising is that when eating breakfast, she is still helping to clean up the tableware in the restaurant.
