"This is a very contradictory B&B hotel that I don't know if it is worth recommending. Its shortcomings and advantages are very prominent. It is suitable for Internet celebrities to make photos (the following photos are all original photos without retouching), but it is not suitable for anyone who has certain requirements for ”accommodation” itself. If you can find any cheap + clean + similar scenery alternative hotel, it is recommended to change it, but if it is just for taking pictures and scenery, it may be ranked at the top in Nubian Village. First of all, you have to be able to tolerate: 1. The hotel price is not cost-effective in the peak season, and the B&B offers the price of a five-star hotel. 2. Poor room facilities, rough-style furniture and narrow rooms, worrying bed sheets, bathroom shower water overflowing and drainage is useless, no slippers, toothbrushes, hair dryers (phone front desk can provide). 3. A very special cultural experience of a group of tourists jumping up and down the mountain in a row of three-wheeled vehicles. 5. The hotel service staff is relatively friendly. Finally, it is explained that Egypt is not a country where tipping is allowed. Carrying luggage is a basic service of any hotel in their country. No one asked for tips during the entire stay."

"The main feature of this hotel is it's location on top of a hill overlooking the Nile. Also, you are able to use the facilities of its sister hotel, Basma Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, esp Meera who organised drivers and tour guide for us at short notice. The room was clean and spacious, and bathroom had all amenties, however the shower cubicle was on the small side and shower curtain just a couple cms too short so difficult to avoid getting the floor wet."

"Wonderful, friendly service at a very reasonable price. A beautiful location with a beautiful view. The only downside is that you do have to walk to access downtown, which isn’t *too* big a problem unless you come in the middle of summer when it’s scorching hot and walking anywhere will drain you of energy very quickly! I absolutely recommend staying here and if I return to Aswan, I will almost certainly stay at this hotel."

"Many celebrities have stayed at this hotel, where I enjoyed the view worth seeing from anywhere while staying in a fabulous room. Especially the view of the Nile from the rooms is breathtakingly beautiful. I can't help feeling how much effort goes into maintaining the hotel's facilities, including the garden. Moreover, as an attention to detail, towels in the room are embroidered with the hotel logo, and the cotton package containing the hair dryer is also embroidered with ”Wonderful hair begins with a little wind” . "The hotel was beyond my expectation. First of all, when we checked in, the front desk saw that we were a family of three and upgraded us to a three-bed room for free. In Egypt, where prices are high, this service is particularly good. Secondly, the hotel has a beautiful river view. Although it is not at the old waterfall, the river view here is not bad. There is a pier next to it, so it is also convenient to take a sailboat. We made an appointment for a sailboat at the pier outside at night, and the boatman took us directly to the hotel's pier after the end. It was super convenient. The downside is that the breakfast is white rice, which is not delicious and barely full. But I didn't eat anything delicious in Egypt."

"The scenery is quite good. The service attitude is quite average. I went to the front desk and asked if I could pay for the room in Egyptian pounds. My attitude was extremely harsh. I didn't want to move to the hotel on the second night, so I inquired about extending my stay. The front desk asked me to go back to the room and call me. In the end, I didn't receive a call, so I checked out directly. The rooms in this hotel are quite large, and the facilities are relatively old. It feels like they are chosen by locals. In addition, you must choose the number of people according to the actual number. I accidentally selected one person, and ended up paying a price difference of dozens of dollars."

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! First of all it is like a staying with your family far from home, in a very tourist welcoming area in general but also the hotel. All Nubian people are welcoming and honest; especially if you are coming from somewhere other than Egypt you will feel refreshed getting rid of bargaining. Hotel arranged an Abu Simbel transportation (which was 3 hours away)with lunch box for us early in the morning at 04:00 am we came back around 1 pm and take a tour to Philae Temple then came back to hotel (which was our cozy home) and Ahmed took us to village as a local, guided as and provided fair prices, we experienced their culture seeing the magnificently painted surroundings also jumping in local houses with tortoise and crocodiles, and they have provided us transportation to Aswan Train Station. I even felt sad because of leaving a place with full of brothers. Thanks to Ahmed (both), Ms Mai, Mohammed and Islam. It was an amazing experience, you shall not say i’ve visited Egypt before seeing Nubian Village."
