"The breakfast offered a wide variety of good quality options, and even on weekdays, the hotel had a high occupancy rate. The staff were very friendly; I was particularly touched when the gentleman responsible for cleaning in the morning bowed to me in a traditional Japanese greeting. We booked sea view rooms through Trip.com, and my friend and I each made separate bookings. It turned out the room types were slightly different, with one being much closer to the sea, which led to a bit of a disagreement with the front desk. Luckily, we speak Japanese, and the hotel eventually made a compromise, for which I'm grateful! I hope Trip.com can be more accurate when describing room types during the booking process to avoid such unnecessary hassle. The hotel is right by the sea, and the water is clear, but it's a shame there's no sandy beach, which was a bit disappointing. The rooms are also on the smaller side."

"The amenities were excellent, and the room was spacious and relaxing. ^ ^ The location was also great, and I was impressed by the sunset reflected on the ocean and the starry sky. "The hotel is in good location and very accessible to city area. The staffs are friendly and it is to great pleasure with the tour centre inside inside the hotel which you can easily book a lot of outdoor activities without worrying all the transportation arrangements. The availability with massage shops, souvenir shop, spa and sauna, swimming pool, bar and restaurants are very comprehensive and you can just enjoyed all kinds of amenities by staying in this one single hotel. There are some restaurants nearby the hotel as well which also serve as a very good alternative for dining options."

"저는 가족여행으로 이시가키에 9일동안 여행을 하였습니다. 클럽메드 4일 / 하이무로부시 등에서 머물렀고, 2일을 이곳에 머물렀습니다. 아이들이 동물을 좋아하고, 좋은 리뷰를 보고 이곳을 선택 했습니다. 정말 최고의 선택 이였습니다. 때마침 아기토끼 2마리가 2주전에 태어나서, 정말 행복한 시간을 가졌습니다. 특히, 사장님은 진심으로 좋으신 분이였습니다. 동물을 진심으로 사랑하는 것이 느껴졌습니다. 아기토끼와 올빼미와 교감을 할 수 있게 도와주셨습니다. 올빼미의 머리와 목을 쓰다듬어주니 좋아하는 모습이 너무나 사랑스러웠습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨긋하였고, 주변환경상 벌레가 많을 수 있어서 그런지, 벌레 퇴치에 많은 노력을 기울이신 것 같았습니다. 다음에 이시가키에 또 가게 된다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶습니다. 사장님 건강하게 오래오래 사세요~~"

"The location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a three-minute walk to the bus terminal, and there are many famous local shops nearby. Plus, the street right next door turns into a lively Izakaya street in the evenings. The staff are incredibly thoughtful and attentive; they always go out of their way to help us resolve any issues (they also offer services like taxi booking and car rental). As for facilities, the first floor boasts a large public bath (onsen), a souvenir shop, a laundry room, and a swimming pool. The public bath is quite traditional, so do note its specific operating hours. If you happen to forget your waterproof bag, the shop sells them, though their quality isn't great for photography. On the third floor, you'll find an ice machine and vending machines for beer and other drinks, which is super convenient for a quick purchase, even with nearby convenience stores. Our tour guide mentioned that the breakfast here is also excellent, but we didn't have enough time during our trip to add it to our package. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to friends! While the price point is mid-to-high range, I truly feel it offers excellent value for money."

"チェックイン前の荷物預かりはここに連絡くださいの電話にかけても出ない。チェックイン可能時間になっても電話しても出ない。宿泊者がちょうど扉から出てきたので、事情を説明して、荷物預かりの場所を教えてもらい施設内でチェックイン時間を待つことができました。その後、チェックイン時間になってもスタッフは現れず。電話してもフロントに誰もいないので電話に出ることもなく。(転送される携帯もフロントに置きっぱなし、マナーモードで鳴らない。)宿泊者が多分ここで寝てると思う。と教えてもらい、ノックすると慌てて寝起き候で現れ無事にチェックインできました。そのトラブル以外はすごく快適に宿泊することができました。シャワー室もトイレも綺麗。キッチン周りも冷蔵庫も綺麗で使いやすかったです。 (定期的に大掃除しているようです。) 私は女性用ドミトリー宿泊でしたが、中には鏡と折りたたみ式のテーブルがありとても便利でした。スタッフさんもとてもフレンドリーな方が居まして、ご飯屋さんやスーパーなど教えてもらうことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。"

GGuest UserFuku-chan, Nicole and ２ cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone. The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car. The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well. The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures). I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body. We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga. It is an inn that I want to visit again.
