"This was a trip of pure travel enjoyment. Even the hotel staff admitted during the off-season that there weren't many attractions in Niseko, but truthfully, the hotel itself is the biggest attraction. Extremely comfortable rooms, incredibly friendly and enthusiastic staff, and the majestic Mt. Yotei right outside the window… Although skiing wasn't an option, it felt as if the entire mountain forest, even all of Niseko, was there just for us. It's definitely an experience worth having. The hotel facilities and restaurants are all top-notch."

"Highly recommend! We booked this hotel at the last minute because we were worried our flight might be canceled, fully expecting to just cut our losses if we didn't stay. But wow, what a pleasant surprise! The soundproofing in the room is excellent. Even with a lot of foreigners drinking and being noisy outside that night, we couldn't hear a thing from inside our room. The women's spa even has a separate shower and a door that can be closed for privacy. Superb! The toilet wasn't far from the room either, and it was genuinely clean. The next morning, we picked up some groceries from the nearby supermarket and then headed to Setsu. Perfect!"

"This is one of the best you can get in Niseko, Hirafu area.
It has a ski in ski out gondola very near to it, and another Ace Gondola which is about 2-3mins walk from the main entrance of Sansui.
Besides location, the service provided is exceptional. The staffs were great, driver service provided on a first come first serve basis, there is Onsen facilities and the buffet breakfast was amazing too.
There's also a good omakase restaurant in it.
Room was definitely very well sized and properly furnished with amazing views during winter and not to mention the cleanliness is amazing.
Overall, 5 star experience stay there. Definitely going back again"

"For this price, the location is excellent; it's about a 10-minute walk to the village of Hirafu. It's very quiet. The breakfast is very Western-style. A shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes.

A noticeable problem is the poor soundproofing. The walls are okay, but the doors aren't soundproof."

"Setsu Niseko truly blew me away. Beyond the impeccable facilities and cleanliness, what impressed me most was their incredibly generous service philosophy.
The team here is very international, making communication incredibly smooth. Most importantly, they never make excuses when resolving issues. "This was my second stay at the Park Hyatt Niseko, and it seems the front desk staff was new this time. They made several mistakes, like sending us to the wrong building and getting our room direction wrong – quite unprofessional. On our third day, breakfast at the Chinese restaurant was poorly arranged; we were seated right next to the cart for collecting dirty dishes, which completely ruined our appetite. Otherwise, it was as excellent as ever! The housekeeping ladies were exceptionally good. After a day out, we returned to find our beloved teddy bear neatly placed on the pillow with a blanket over it – so thoughtful! And the teppanyaki was delicious as always!"

Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great, within walking distance to both Hirafu ski resort and the Sansuitei restaurant! However, the hotel's hygiene management is poor. Over two days, they only changed the towels during cleaning; the floors and tables weren't cleaned at all! They just folded the comforter! I really should have planned ahead and booked a homestay. This trip was quite rushed, so I guess I'm lucky I even got a room and didn't have to sleep on the street 😂! All I can say is... everyone, plan ahead, as this place isn't cheap! The front desk offers services in Chinese, English, Thai, and Japanese.

SSalamiyeahI recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest.
The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window!
If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

GGuest UserGreat location for a ski-in/ski-out hotel, and it has hot springs! It's super refreshing to soak in the hot springs after skiing. The only downside is there's a short flight of stairs to get to the slopes. Also, if you stay multiple nights, they don't clean the room daily.

GGuest UserRight at the centre of Hirafu - you have to walk a bit upslope to the ski lifts. Check in is at another building / hotel so beware if you're not driving.
The space is well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, as well as heaters. There is also a ski locker on the ground floorwhere you can pit your ski equipment. However we noticed a smell of fresh renovating works once we entered the room - though we're not sure where that came from.
If you're driving, beware they only have 2 parking spaces in front of the building which are not designated for guests. So if someone else parked that space, you have to find somewhere where you're not considered a hassle. Note you are not supposed to park behind the building nor the space next to the 2 parking spaces.

GGuest UserHinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient.
While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay!
Would definitely stay here again!

MMarc in ShanghaiRoom is very modern and has plenty of amenities, including a private bath and toilet. Bed was comfortable. WiFi and heating worked well.
This is a self-service accommodation. No reception or staff onsite. They’ll send you a code for the lockbox that the room key is in. The resort condo is attached to the office for the RV Park that shares the parking lot. They seem to be used to people coming in there to check in.
Location is not very central. About a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants.
