"The hotel is a bit far from the subway station, but they offer a free shuttle service to both the subway and Disney, running until 10 PM. The drop-off point at Disney isn't too far from the park entrance. There's also a large park right next to the hotel, perfect for a stroll. A small convenience store is located downstairs in the neighboring hotel. You can walk to a shopping mall and a large supermarket in about 15 minutes from the hotel. If you're driving, parking is 1800 yen per night in an outdoor lot.
The room size is decent, and the bed is very comfortable, though the pillow wasn't quite to my liking. It was clean, and the Wi-Fi was stable."

"Absolutely fantastic! We chose this hotel for our Disney trip, and it offered excellent value for money! The hotel is just across the street from a lovely seaside park, complete with sprawling lawns, ocean views, a sports club, and a playground for kids. It's spacious and uncrowded. Although we hadn't realized check-in on our first day was at 6 PM (I was a bit confused, as I'd booked three separate nights with varying check-in times listed, some 3 PM and some 6 PM), we simply headed to the park first when we arrived at 5 PM and couldn't check in. The weather was humid and hot, but none of that dampened our spirits. It truly felt like an ideal spot for a vacation. After checking in and getting to our room, we found it a bit cramped. We had booked a triple room (as only adults could have separate rooms, and I was with my two children, a triple room was our only option). Despite the size, it was well-equipped with three beds, a sofa, a table, and a TV. The separate toilet and shower area also felt a bit cramped. However, the highlight was the public bathhouse on the top floor, where we could soak in a hot bath and wash away the day's fatigue – I truly loved that!"

"Many people have already reviewed this hotel, noting its spacious rooms and very close proximity to the station, along with a shuttle service to Disneyland.
Now, let me share some drawbacks that weren't frequently mentioned in earlier reviews:
1. The hotel is quite old, with a somewhat Showa-era style. While it's a Japanese hotel, I was surprised by the lack of many facilities. Having stayed in numerous Japanese hotels, I've come to expect ice machines, microwaves, and laundromats in Japanese-managed properties – these were completely missing here. (I had initially deliberated between this hotel and the Hilton, but chose Brighton thinking the Hilton, being internationally managed, wouldn't have these facilities, only to find Brighton didn't either.)
2. There's no bottled water in the room, let alone the 'free mini-bar' mentioned in some reviews. It's even hard to get drinking water here; you have to go to a water dispenser by the elevator. Although they provide a kettle for refilling, honestly, I wasn't too keen on using it.
Aside from these points, the nearby commercial area is quite convenient, with delicious and affordable gyutan (beef tongue) rice, a supermarket, 100-yen shops, and some Japanese clothing stores. If the hotel were to add the facilities mentioned above, the stay experience would be significantly improved."

"The location is fantastic. Right by the sea, it's a five-minute walk to the subway station, Disneyland, or DisneySea, or a one-minute hotel shuttle ride to the Maihama Disney inner loop line. I booked a sea-view room, but arrived late on the first night and didn't get to see the view. The second day was cloudy and grey, with nothing visible, and the sea looked murky. However, on the last day, I finally saw Mount Fuji and the sea under a clear blue sky. It instantly felt worth it! The room size was excellent. We could open both our large suitcases and lay them flat. The hotel staff's service was a mixed bag. Some were exceptionally good, very meticulous, and happy to chat. Others were very robotic and rather impatient. This was especially true during breakfast. On the first morning, we arrived at 9:40 AM and were told that service would close promptly at 10:00 AM. So we quickly grabbed everything and started eating. When they began clearing up at 10:00 AM, I went to get an omelet. The chef jokingly told me it was the last one with a smile. I then went to the adjacent area to get a bowl of miso soup to take with me. While serving the soup, a staff member came to collect the kelp tongs. I asked her if she could wait until I was done using them, but she rolled her eyes and threw both tongs onto the table with a loud clatter. I was stunned. I turned around and saw that the aisle was already blocked off, and I was the only one left. I quickly left, feeling very awkward. The next day, when we went at 9:20 AM, there was a long queue. We weren't seated until 9:47 AM. There were queues in front of all the food stations, but thankfully, they extended service until 10:15 AM. The hotel has a convenience store, and buying bento, drinks, and snacks there is quite affordable. It's also great that you can book a bus directly from here to the airport. It would be even better if each room provided two bottles of water or if there were free scheduled shuttle buses to both Disney parks."

"The location is fantastic, right at Disney Bayside Station. The hotel is directly across from the station entrance. On clear mornings, you can even see Mount Fuji from your room! The beds are super comfortable, and the sheets were changed daily. There's a direct airport shuttle to all terminals, and a shuttle bus to Maihama Station, making it incredibly convenient. You can even watch the Disney fireworks from the hotel at 8:25 PM! I'd recommend having younger, English-speaking staff at the front desk, as the English pronunciation of the older staff was quite confusing. There are two small convenience stores and a Disney store on the second floor, which has everything you might need. There are also more dining options around Maihama Station."

"The room was clean and tidy, with new and spacious facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and both my child and I were very satisfied. The hotel's environment is excellent; there's a park just across the road, and it's close to Tokyo Bay with nice views. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle service to and from Disney, making it convenient to visit both Disney parks. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which is handy for shopping. Additionally, getting to Narita Airport is very convenient. You can take a direct shuttle bus from the adjacent Hyatt Regency hotel, which is super convenient. Next time I visit Tokyo Disney, the Comfort Hotel Tokyo Bay will definitely be my first choice."

"I stayed in the economy single room.
There was no built-in table, and instead there was a second bed where the table probably used to be. However, the second bed had a cover over it, so it was used as a large sofa rather than a bed.
There was a folded-up folding table, but if I wanted to use it, I had to place it in the hallway in front of the bathroom and toilet, which got in the way so I ended up not using it. However, the large sofa (second bed) could be used to store luggage, so it shouldn't be a problem if I wasn't using a laptop or anything like that.
A simple breakfast was also included. Although it was simple, it was better than my usual breakfast.
Overall, it was more than worth the price. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity to be in the area."

"Pros: Directly opposite the Disney Bayside Line, it's just a few minutes' walk, or you can wait for the hotel shuttle. The rooms are spacious, and the toiletries are abundant. Breakfast is worth trying, with a good selection of fruits and dishes with a distinct Japanese flavor.
Cons: No self-service laundry facilities! It's a bit inconvenient not to be able to wash clothes after a long day at Disney.
Additional notes:
1. Right next to the special line station platform is an entrance to DisneySea, but it's exclusively for guests of the Toy Story Hotel and Fantasy Springs Hotel.
2. When entering DisneySea, the Frozen area is quite a distance from the main entrance. If you've purchased Disney Premier Access, make sure to plan your time accordingly.
3. For dining, I recommend the shopping mall at Maihama Station. There's a tonkatsu restaurant called 'Wakou' there that offers great value for money. There's also a supermarket downstairs where you can buy bento boxes and daily necessities."

IIsabel HockVery nice location which is walking distance to Disneysea and Disneyland, especially Disneyland, super convenient.
Room space just nice for us, 2 adults and 2 young kids with 3 luggages and 2 foldable strollers. Bathroom is spacious.
Hotel staff are nice, they are friendly and you can ask for help if doesn’t know how to self check in. They help to keep our luggage at the lobby since we checkout in the morning and head to Disneyland, collect at night when our private transport pick up to Tokyo Town.
Location it’s just right at the Maihama JR Station, next to it. By train could be quite easy to find, if by car you might not find their lobby, can just stop at the station and take the elevator (if with luggage) or walk the stairs to the hotel entrance.

Cleanliness: Housekeeping provided a basic clean daily, and the room felt generally tidy.
Service: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Even with just basic English, communication was not an issue.
There's a complimentary shuttle bus service to Maihama Station. From Maihama, Disneyland is within walking distance, but reaching DisneySea requires a monorail transfer, which costs 600 JPY per person for a round trip.
The Disney store located downstairs closes at 9 PM. The hotel's convenience store was also quite expensive and had a limited selection of goods. A better option is the Lawson convenience store located downstairs at the nearby Hilton hotel, which offers more reasonable prices.

AAidexiaoheituziThe room was excellent. It was impeccably clean; even behind the TV was spotless. The room was well-equipped with a bathtub, a stool, and a small basin. There's a complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland, and you can simply wait for it right outside the entrance. The service was exceptional. We arrived at 12 PM, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. They thoughtfully used a translator to inform me about the breakfast location and time, as well as the shuttle bus schedule. Both the air conditioning and the surrounding area were quiet. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was excellent. It's about a 10-minute ride to Disneyland, and the subway station is also nearby. I can personally confirm that the service was excellent, contrary to what some negative reviews might suggest.

MMeimaoheituziOur stay at the Tokyo Bay Oriental Hotel was absolutely fantastic – it truly felt like the perfect base for our Disneyland trip! As an official Disney partner hotel, their free shuttle service was incredibly convenient. Shuttles ran frequently, saving us the hassle of navigating complicated subway transfers. We just hopped on right outside the hotel, and in about 15 minutes, we were directly at the park gates. This was especially great for getting to early entry, avoiding the crowded trains and instantly improving our mood with that exclusive feeling.
The hotel's location is also superb, right next to an AEON supermarket, which was a lifesaver for us tourists. The supermarket had an amazing selection of groceries and snacks. We'd grab sushi and bento boxes in the evening, which saved us money and was super convenient to bring into the park the next day. Plus, there were other malls and drugstores nearby, so food and shopping were never an issue.
What I absolutely can't stop thinking about is the complimentary snack bar on the hotel's 2nd floor, open from 2 PM to 11 PM. It was pure joy! While there were many drinks and snacks, the honey scones were the absolute highlight – freshly baked, incredibly fragrant, sweet but not cloying. Paired with free ice cream and coffee, spending an afternoon there was just delightful. This stay perfectly sorted out both our dining and transportation needs. Next time we visit Tokyo Disney, we'll definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

The check-in process took a bit of time, but I think it would be much smoother if you avoided the peak Disney park entry and exit times. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from both the Garden and Ocean parks, making transportation easy.

However, it offered good value for money, especially since hotels around amusement parks tend to be very expensive. Luckily, the subway access was super convenient. The sky was so blue, and the ingredients at the conveyor belt sushi place were incredibly fresh. We also had ramen and takoyaki… Generally, you get what you pay for. The octopus in the takoyaki was really chewy and delicious. My kids loved it; they said it had a lot of filling.

The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided.
While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk.
The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
