"The location isn't bad, but it's on the opposite side from the airport entrance/exit, so just keep that in mind. There are several restaurants within walking distance, so you probably won't be too inconvenienced. This time, my purpose was just to sleep there, so I didn't prioritize the 'hotel life' experience much, but if that's important to you, this might not be the place. The staff were perfectly fine. The breakfast wasn't luxurious, but it was tastier than I expected."

"They offer free airport pickup and dropoff (just call ahead of time). Hotel contact number from google was responsive. Staff was friendly, nice, and helpful. Luggage storage great. Room was spacious and clean. Strong phone signal. Wifi okay. Great great location! Walking distance to 24/7 restaus, cafes, convenience stores, ATMs, groceries, motorcycle rentals, tour agencies. Close to malls. Public transpo in front of hotel. Minutes away from PP airport."

"Service was terrible, felt like people were avoiding me, restaurant was decent with decent food but you have to signal to get the menu, make the order. I waited solid 50minutes to get my food and a corona (drink came after food). Appetizer and main course came at the same time. Facilites were nice, pool was good with a decent sofa or seating to relax. Unfortunately while I stayed there there was a lot of rain and wind (stayed for 4 nights) and electricity went out many times everyday, which turned off the wifi and the ac, at night lights were flickering because of the electricity issues. Sandbar was also closed everyday during my stay and the beach was not that great. I payed way too much for what I received and I will not recommend this place for anyone."

From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. "This is an airport hotel, located just a couple of kilometers from the airport. I felt that the transportation scheme to get to the airport was a scam. They want so much more than a local taxi. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind."

"we choose the ground floor for our rooms . chk in 4 different times and f/desk was awesome. (Would be nice to be recognizedby the name since we chk in 4 times in a span of 9 days.all our booking were online. Friendly staff and clean rooms. restaurant was great .good selection. Would love to see papaya, pineapple, mango fruits , pandasal consistently on the bufffet offering. first room114 aircon is noisy. rm 116 rm aircon is way less . Clean rooms. Patio had one chair. would be nice to have two chairs and a table for morning coffee , and pm drinks . Roof top swimming pool and bar n food was great. Chk out the 3-6 happy hours for cocktail. great selection of good drinks . spa was ok."

"High regards to the staff of the hotel whose sincerity and warmth made my stay very comfortable. There may be limitations in terms of the facilities but the competent staff overcome all of these. The location of the hotel is also a great advantage. The food is also perfect that is made more delicious because of the warm accommodation of the staff."

"This hotel is absolutely amazing for the price. I'll start by saying there's a free airport transfer. You just need to write to the hotel in advance with your flight number and names. The breakfast buffet is incredible. There's a pool and a spa. Everything is very beautiful and clean."

"The hotel room is very spacious . The room is perfect .i enjoyed staying at the hotel, the staff and front desk is very accommodating. They are very attentive on what i need. The hotel is close to SM ,public market and baywalk. Which is really good. I wish they have pool so they can maximize the view I also wish the they have more equipment at the gym. Overall, this place is great spot. For those who like to explore the city."
