From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. "Malinis naman po! Pero Diko alam bat nangangati yung toddler ko. Maganda yung hotel kids friendly may play house at may pool for kids. Gandaaaaa. Then hinatiran ako ng breakfast sa room kc di ako maka baba kc may mga infant at toddler thank you! Masarap din yung foods 😍😍😍 Malapit din sa Robinsons Palawan, Starbucks and many more ❤️."

"Hands down the best and most value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in the Philippines! Even without considering the price, the hotel itself easily deserves a perfect score. The front desk staff were super friendly and gave us a free room upgrade. The whole hotel just made my eyes light up – stepping from a regular street into this villa-like world was amazing. The room was comfortable, and the shower was great (heaven knows how rare that is in El Nido!). All the staff were incredibly friendly. The restaurant food was consistently delicious. And the best part? Free airport shuttle during working hours! It was so good, I just had to give this hotel a thumbs up."

"HONEST REVIEW for Room 8: We've spent Holy Week with my family to relax. Got relaxed from pool and garden view. The flowers are lovely for taking pictures. However I got stress coz of weak internet. "Room is clean, with friendly and nice staffs. Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk. Paid 300 to get to the other side Sicsican where Ka Joel, baker’s Hill, etc are."

"Checking in to the Funny Lion in PPS after a week of touring Palawan felt like coming home and being able to finally relax. After seeing how beautiful the hotel is, we cancelled all the activities planned in the area and just focused on recovery and relaxation. The amenities are top-notch and the guests are isolated from the hot & dusty hussle and chaos. It was GREAT. Only wish we had a couple of extra days to enjoy it."
