GGuest UserThe hotel is nice, the room was big, we did switch room on second day for better view. The hotel was literally at 100% occupancy. The housekeeping was very efficient and so is the repair team. The location is very remote with not much around, so if you want to just relax, swim, and read a book, this is the perfect location. The hotel has a restaurant, a pool bar, a spa, a 24 hours gym, a pickle ball court, a large outdoor pool, and direct access to beach. On the positive side, the staff are so nice, very friendly, attend to your needs very efficiently. Honestly, I am super impressed that my room is always clean on time, there are always clean towels at the pool, this is extremely challenging for a fully booked hotel, which also was hosting a wedding and a conference during Valentineâs Day weekend and Chinese new years at the same time. On the negatives side, the carpet was dirty in both rooms, the AC was leaking and the toilet seat was broken, both were fixed right away. Because it is remote, we ate most of our meals in the hotel. The F&B program was not very well designed, options were limited for both breakfast and dinner buffet; after 3 days it feels a little like eating canteen food. Both my son and husband had salad on first day, while I only ate cooked food, so they were both pretty sick for the rest of the stay. Meanwhile, the operation team at the restaurant was clearly not ready for full occupancy, any order could easily take ďź45 mins and many local dishes were not available for days because lacking of LOCAL ingredients. They even ran out of ice cream at dinner, something that could have been stocked well in advance, unlike fresh vegetables. So any meal could take 1.5 - 2.0 hours. Again, the ataff was wonderful, they were doing everything they can to help. However, the management team really need to plan better for high season.

GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely amazing for the price. I'll start by saying there's a free airport transfer. You just need to write to the hotel in advance with your flight number and names. The breakfast buffet is incredible. There's a pool and a spa. Everything is very beautiful and clean.

Located in a kinda secluded and very peaceful brgy, this beautiful work of art resort saved us from being grumpy after getting stuck in the middle of typhoon.
Staff and their service was above and beyond. With their warm smile and accommodating nature, we couldnât be happier. Â We thought theyâre the best part addition to this place!Â
Facility - top tier! Every thing was well thought, from the details to your needs, name it and its there.Â
Food was good and every day they offer different breakfast selections and wow! Delish!Â
Pool bar is a great touch too and the cocktails esp the sangria was delicious!Â
Weâre travellers and this is the first time we fell inlove with a resort. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back next year with our family!

GGuest UserWhat an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. Thereâs plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. Itâs surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it!
The only minor downsides:
- you canât really control the AC, thereâs no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10
- there is no reception in the room
- there are not many power outlets in the room

Town is too far away to walk, but ample tricycles to take you.Â
Biggest let down for us was the water pressure - every time we had a shower, there would be no pressure and would need to contact front desk for maintenance to do something to the pump. Every time.Â
After the 4th complaint they really shouldâve moved us to another room. We were on level4.

TThat girl abroadI had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this resort. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and effortless. I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, check-in was seamless, and my bags were taken straight to my room which made the arrival feel extra special.
The room itself was spacious and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised with welcome chocolates and brownies, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was fully equipped with everything youâd need: bottled water, a hairdryer, toiletries, a coffee station, and a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks for purchase. It felt comfortable and well-prepared for guests.
One thing that really impressed me was the laundry service. They had my clothes washed and returned within three hours, which was incredibly convenient and efficient.
The pool area is absolutely stunning and very clean. They have three restaurants on site, which gives great variety. I ordered poolside nachos with a carrot and apple drink and it was delicious. Breakfast is a proper buffet, leaning toward a full English-style spread with plenty of options.
That said, I do think the bathroom could use a bit of attention. Water leaked through the shower door when showering, the shower head could benefit from a deep clean, and I noticed a few drain flies. It didnât ruin my stay, but itâs an area that could definitely be improved.
I also experienced a small issue at checkout. They were unable to provide change when I was settling my bill, which delayed things. There were only two staff members assisting with checkout, and although I was scheduled to leave at 6:00am with a breakfast pack, I only managed to leave at 6:30am and unfortunately without the breakfast.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The resort is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. With a little more attention to bathroom maintenance and smoother early-morning checkout coordination, it would be close to perfect. I would still happily return.

GGuest UserThis is a bit of a special place. The hotel is right at its own private beach. Itâs very isolated from everything else which can be nice if you donât want to leave the hotel at all. We wanted to go to the town some evenings and that is a bit of a challenge. You first have to take a golf car (which only runs until 10pm) and then change into a tricycle. The tricycles wonât go directly to the hotel because the last bit of the road is too steep and winded. The other option is to walk along the beach for 20 minutes instead of using the golf car for the last bit, which we did a couple of times. Itâs not too dangerous but there are stray dogs.
The food in the hotel restaurant was Italian and just ok, nothing amazing. The service was not great. Two women seem to know how to run a hotel but the rest of the staff were rather useless. They often seemed annoyed, even when we were just ordering food. We once asked about the zipline that is literally next door and they didnât know anything about it (price, time, how to get there). They organised a tour for us, which was great, but messed up the booking somehow so the tour guide thought we were only two people instead of four, which resulted in less food for lunch. And then they even charged us more for the tour.
Our room was fine. Clean and no bugs. Yes, you can hear everything but we didnât mind that. The room was only made up on request though.
The whole area is beautiful but there were a few things that annoyed us. So I wouldnât come back.

GGuest UserOverall, average hotel. I was disappointed and wouldnât stay here again.
Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesnât really matter.
Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didnât experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of.
I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou!
Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles!
I wouldnât stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here.
Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320.

GGuest UserGreat hotel at an affordable price with the best view! The location is very convenient, close to the main street, but not in a noisy place, you need to walk about 10 minutes, or take a transfer from the hotel, which leaves every 30 minutes. Breakfast is varied and tasty; pancakes and omelettes are prepared upon request. If you are choosing a place to swim in the pool, it is better not here, it is too warm here and with a large amount of chlorine. The hotel is not new, but overall everything is good, they clean it every day! Thank you very much, we really enjoyed it đ

GGuest UserThe front desk service was efficient and good, and the room service was prompt to respond.
Location is the hotel's best feature, being located walking distance from the town center where the restaurants, cafes and bars were.
Breakfast was okay, with a variety of warm dishes in addition to an egg station.
The room was nicely decorated, however it did not feel clean. A big cockroach was discovered on the first evening in the room and another one was left dead in the hallway for a very long time. The bed sheets had stains from before and these were not changed at the next cleaning despite being visibly dirty. Most of the towels provided were old and had colored stains and did not feel clean to use. The shower area also seemed to be mouldy, with watermarks like the surfaces had not been cleaned from before we arrived.
