"I extended my stay for one more night and requested to be transferred to another room. This tiime I was quite satisfied with the room. It was clean and I did not feel stuffy like my previous room. It was quieter, though, voices/sounds coming from the outside and other rooms are still audible. Service at in the hotel restaurants still takes long. Foods are pretty good taste wise. Added bonus is free luggage storage while waiting for a late flight and free shuttle pick up and delivery to the airport."

"Had a great extended stay here! Everything remained consistent—comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and friendly service. Awesome sunset view from my room. I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy all the facilities this time, so I’ll definitely be coming back to experience them on my next visit. Looking forward to staying here again!"

First things first: SUPERCLEAN TO THE MAX – parang bago lang talaga linisin ng nanay mo tapos ayaw mong makasira ng kalinisan haha! Tama sila when they said it’s newly opened – everything looks fresh pa, walang kahit anong amoy or dumi na nakikita. Yung staff? SUPER NICE AT MABAIT – parang mga kapitbahay mong handang tumulong kahit ano pa! Nag-assist sila agad pagdating ko, tapos sagot agad sila sa mga tanong ko about sa area. Price-wise? SULIT NA SULIT AT AFFORDABLE – hindi ka magre-regret ng perang ginastos mo, promise! Plus points pa: SOBRANG LAPIT SA NAIA AIRPORT – perfect for early flights or pag galing lang sa abroad na pagod ka na. "The hotel is clean, it has no elevator so if you book a room upstairs you need to ask the service to help you to bring your suitcase up for you. There are cockroaches but that is to be expected in a tropical city. The surroundings aren't nice unless you cross over to Ayala malls"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The first thing we noticed was how immaculately clean the entire property was—from the lobby to our room, the maintenance is clearly a top priority. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding staff. We were traveling with an elderly family member who uses a wheelchair, and the team went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable. The security team and bellmen( i wish i got their names for commendation) were incredibly proactive, assisting us with carrying the wheelchair and helping our family member in and out of the car with great care and patience. It is rare to find a team so attentive to the needs of guests with mobility challenges. The overall service is well up to standard, and the helpfulness of the staff made our trip stress-free. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a seamless and professional experience."

"I had a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient when traveling from Batangas to Nichols Hotel, and from Nichols Hotel to NAIA Terminals 1 and 2. Public transportation to Terminals 1 and 2 passes directly in front of the hotel. It is also easy to go to Baclaran Church and travel back to Batangas. Just a minor feedback regarding cleanliness: I noticed a few small roaches, and the bathroom floor was slippery, possibly due to some cleaning residue Overall stay was 4/5"

"What I liked most was the breakfast! It was really good! The hotel food was also decent, and the price was about the same as in China. Facilities: It's a very new hotel, but the air conditioning was incredibly powerful! Cleanliness: Pretty good, no complaints."

"When i book the hotel what i have in mind is a place for us to enjoy after not seeing my husband for two years we opted to stay in Manila instead of going for vacation. I look for a hotel that will suit us and judging from the pictures it has all the ammenities that we expect from a hotel. Also the reviews were highly rated but when we get to the hotel the construction is not complete. The room does not have the complete furniture. Not even a trash container for cooking left overs and trash bins should have a cover, because when we get in the room we fly roaming our place. . It feels like renting a condo unit rather than a hotel. In order to contact the front desk you have to scan a qr code and do it online, its so incovenient, having a physical phone is much better than having to contact online. Eating options were very limited as there was no stanby reastaurant and neither nearby restaurants or stores..With our booking , breakfast was not included but it would have been okay if we have enjoyed all the ameneties and services that we expect for the price we pay. Now i feel, having not enjoyed what i saw from the pictures on the website,its very much pricey that i could have have opted to a much better hotel with a little bit price difference like SEDA by the bay which we stayed previously. Construction was onging and if you wanted to relax dyring the day it was impossible due to construction noise. Only 4 floors were operating out of 12. My advice to the property do not open a hotel when its incomplete..it will disappoint your guests. We didnt enjoyed what we have paid ,but thanks to the very accomodating staff at the reception, Riann, Zelle,Aya, khaye and sir Tauro, the night shift team , including the guard, truly an asset to the property. Perhaps when the construction is done we can say its worth the pay."

"Great for its price and location. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in/out for my two-night stay very easy. The room was clean and had a comfy bed , though a bit noisy (coz you can hear the people from outside of door). The main plus was the central location where you can go to MOA/baclaran Good value for a short stays."
